Our property management company uses America's Best as our preferred carpet cleaning vendor. They're very affordable, and I've found their quality is excellent. They also tend to have extremely fast turnaround time, which is important when you're turning units (or dealing with a water emergency). I'd strongly recommend them if you need a professional carpet cleaning for apartments.

Called to get a mold removal estimate. They came to my house, ran the test and told me mold levels were low, I explained I had bleached the wall and was looking for an estimate to remove the mold from the downstairs bathroom. I was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. After 3 phone calls over 3 weeks I still have no response from them. Charged $200+ for 5 minutes of time. Will be seeking estimates elsewhere.

Wholeheartedly recommend: We were faced with a overwhelming catastrophe in our home in October 2018. We thought we might lose our beloved house. We contacted several cleaning/restoration contractors, all were discouraging and seemingly more concerned about dollars than results. When America's Best in the persons of Amber Behrens and Mike Thompson showed up it was a completely different ''no problem'' attitude. They were knowledgeable and aggressive. They brought in a crew of professionals who obviously knew what they were doing. We found the crew as energetic and supportive as their bosses. They showed up regularly until the job was complete. They not only cleaned, they restored drywall, flooring, painting and wood trim. We believe the cost was fair based on work performed. Upon completion my w ife and I had our home back better than ever. Our gratitude to these fine folks.

We seriously thought our carpet was not salvageable. We have 4 kids (5, 4, 2, 5 mons). You can imagine the icky condtion of our light tan carpet after 4 years! This company proved us wrong!!! No complaints from the worker, just above and beyond quality work! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
