Jim is a kind and hard working guy. He showed up after 9 PM on a week night when we had water in our basement due to a failed sump pump. He brought fans, set them up, told us what to expect and a few other tips, and then reassured us that he would continue to help us...all while being considerate about billing. He could have price gauged us because we were not knowledgeable and we were in need-instead he was so generous and went above and beyond to take care of us! People like Jim make living in a small community a wonderful thing! I am grateful to Jim and appreciate his kindness to us.

With the 1st round of -30 wind chill factors this winter, my water line froze & burst for hours before I discovered it. I tried to reach a nationally known company from Ottumwa and waited 2 days with no word back on a time frame from them. I called Jim Miller with American Home Cleaning in Oskaloosa and he went out to look it over and get started the same day! Jim has made my life so easy by taking care of all aspects of the repair..even getting subcontractors out for flooring and vinyl replacement. I am recommending ACS to anyone wanting friendly, trustworthy (he has had the keys to my home the whole working time-2 weeks due to weather), and efficient service. 5 star service in my book!!
