We had the entire house carpet cleaned. Although we vacuum and have a basic carpet cleaner ourselves, we vacuum once a week and use our carpet cleaner maybe once a year. And if we have any spills or whatnot we will carpet clean that spot at that time. However, we always end up with discoloration on our off light beige carpets. Over the last decade this carpet has had several spills, puppy vomit, etc. We even had one large spot in the living room from a spilled chili bowl and another large spot of spilled red koolaid. I NEVER thought these stains would come out. We decided to call Zerorez after coming home from a two week vacation to a strong smell of dog that apparently we had become nose blind to. Guys! Our carpets like brand new! And it smells great in here! I literally cannot believe it. Best. Decision. Ever.

I have had ZeroRez clean my carpets 2 times now. Both times they did an outstanding job. 3 years ago I had just moved in. The carpet was very dirty Kind of a black/gray area by the fireplace all of the way over to my patio door. An area about 6’ X 15’. I had decided if they couldn’t get it totally clean I was replacing the carpet with hardwood floors. Well, to my surprise, I could no longer see any signs of a dirty area. My carpets are almost white and they look great. They cleaned again for me today. Their guy did an excellent job. All of my thresholds were a shade darker than the rest and now very clean. I had an area rug in my living room. When I took it up you could tell a shade lighter under the rug and now no sign of where that rug was. They are very reasonably priced. I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets. Awesome! JFYI I do not know any personnel at the company. I am just a very satisfied customer!!!

I called at 2:10 just to get a better time from and Jasmine who answered the phone told me that she will reach out to Thomas and have him call me. Well, at 3:40 when I hadn't heard from Thomas or Jasmine, I called Jasmine back and she said that she didn't realize that Thomas hasn't reached out to me yet. First of all, wouldn't you think she would keep an eye out for that if I have already called once already. Thomas told her that he was just now finishing up a job and was 30 minutes away from me. Bad follow-up, bad customer service. Now I have to reschedule for 2 weeks out #nothappy

After hearing their ad on Q95, I recommended them to my aunt, they did an excellent job! With her old carpet cleaning company her high traffic areas would get dirty rather quickly, with Zerorez they look much better for a longer period of time. It's like they say, there's no residue for the dirt to stick to! Edit : September 12th, 2019 just had them come out to clean the interior on my van. I am a overnight Rideshare driver and had an awful incident where a customer got into my car and had diarrhea, not to be gross just stating facts. I called Zerorez the next morning and they came out and took care of the situation. I couldn't be happier with their service starting from Melissa in the office to Matthew the technician. If you want the job done right and without all the heavy chemicals that a lot of other companies use, there's no better service than Zerorez! Another thing, when most of the other companies didn't want to touch this job, they did not hesitate. I will definitely be recommending them to all other Rideshare drivers, 10 out of 10!
