The representative was unprofessional and the way she talked it made me think she was a young child. The rates were $60.00 difference between the estimates and and when I stated that was a big difference between the two, she laughed and said I know right. You've Got Maids has been one of the most professional services I have used. They are very thorough, their service is customizable, and the staff has been very professional. Finally, their prices were comparable and favorable to the other service providers. I would recommend You've Got Maids, Fort Wayne to anyone looking for professional, thorough, and reasonably priced home cleaning services. Personally, I would like to thank the staff that is assigned to my home, Bethany, Peggy, and Mikayla, for not only their expertise but also the added challenge of working in my home while I have been been working from home and am constantly in critical meetings. They have provided excellent service while not distracting my meetings. Other than a distant vacuum, I wouldn't have even known they were there. We had them clean our home we had purchased but not moved into yet. They might be okay for a regular weekly or monthly maid service cleaning but I would not use them for a move in or move out cleaning. The shelves in kitchen cabinets were not wiped out at all, the stove and microwave were cleaned but still had grease and food in/on them, hard surface floor corners were not cleaned. Hard surface floor open areas were lightly wiped but when I re-cleaned after they had left my white rag was filthy after a couple of passes. Refrigerator still had food/sticky stuff in bottom, on sides, and on shelves. They offered to come back out and reclean at no additional charge but we had carpet and window cleaning scheduled for next day and then we were moving in. If you do engage then to do a "spring cleaning" or "move-in" I would advise you are very clear on what they are going to do.

My house was an absolute disaster with a roof, and they came in and completely organized, cleaned, and scrubbed the entire house, turning it from a horrible mess into an actual LIVING space again. They went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with not only the end result, but the entire process. If you need your house cleaned or any repairs done, CALL THEM. I just had a full move out clean done with You've Got Maids. After checking out the completed job, I'm unfortunately not super impressed. The house has been cleaned, and I appreciate the work that the staff did, but the level of cleanliness just isn't quite what I thought I was getting. As part of a move out clean, cleaning inside and out of appliances is included. The freezer was completely forgotten, which is confusing, considering it's a side by side and the fridge portion was done. The outside of the fridge still had some fingerprints and smudges. It was done, just not that deep clean I was hoping for. This was ultimately the case with the rest of the house. Everything had been done, just not to a level that really got in all of the nooks and crannies. I'll have to go back through myself to take care of a few areas. Ultimately, if I had paid for a basic cleaning service, I would be more pleased, but this just didn't feel quite up to a par with a good move out clean. Everyone that I interacted with was polite and professional, but in the future, I would probably try out a different company if looking for the same service. Note: This review was deleted and reposted, as it was originally uploaded from the incorrect email address. The company had responded to my original review, which I wish to address. They stated that they do not clean freezers, as the cleaners and towels will freeze up, and that that was explained to me during the estimate. Unfortunately that was not explained to me. Rather, the gentleman essentially said "we"ll clean the inside and out of all of your appliances" gesturing to everything in the room. Additionally, I've cleaned my freezer on multiple occasions, and it's bizarre to claim that that cannot be done. No cleaning products or towels are going to freeze in the time it takes to clean. If this had been explained during the estimate, I would have found this to be extremely questionable and gone with a different company.

I was a bit skeptical about using a cleaning service after hearing all the dissatisfaction that others have had with their cleaning service, but I was desperate, stressed, and tired. My husband agreed that I needed help (a small victory by itself). We had them do the Spring Clean, and it was life-changing amazing. We've had them every month since and each day that they come is the best day. The house smells so clean and fresh, my workload is reduced, and the house looks fantastic. They are awesome!

Not a good experience for us. They came out once and did a 52 point cleaning. Then as previously set with the owner Chris, for us to have regular cleanings every 3 weeks. We had been told that we would have a least one same person on the crew who knew our home. When the crew arrived they had not been to our home before and did not know the home. When we called and spoke with Chris, he was rude and stated that because we had changed the date so many times this is the crew we got. So the interesting thing about this is: We called and set the date, which when Chris came out to quote the job it was discussed with us that it would be a Wednesday or a Thursday. But when we called to schedule those days did not work and it needed to be on a Friday. We said, "okay". Then a couple of days later they called and needed to change the time, again, we said "Okay". No one ever told us that the crew that would be arriving would not been to our home before. Then to top this off, Chris was rude when we called to discuss. I've been so bogged down with moving from Indianapolis that I just didn't have time to clean my new house before moving in so I made an appointment with You've Got Maids for their move-in service. To be honest, they did a much better job than I ever would have. The house was pretty much spotless and move-in ready when I arrived the next day! They cleaned everything, including inside drawers, cabinets, the oven, and fridge! For everything they did, the price was more than fair! I will definitely use them again in the future!

The owner came for a very brief visit to give us our quote and explain that the company is bonded and insured and told us when to expect the crew and what they would do. They only took just a couple of hours to clean our entire house after move-out, and it is sparkling and smells so fresh!! The ladies were very nice, and we thought the price was reasonable, too, for all they did...wow. I recommend this cleaning service with no hesitation.
