This is a real review not some fabricated bull from a paid reviewer or an unhappy employee or competitor. Jeff H was my tech. He showed up early but called to ask permission to do so. He took me through a walk through and made several recommendations some of which I bought. I was impressed with Jeff's performance and concern that the stairs would be slippery. This is quality of a good employee and that is often a result of good hr practices and training. Our carpets on all levels look better than ever. Excellent job.

The guys from Widmer’s were FABULOUS! They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. In less than 2 hours they had my 10 year old vanilla colored carpet looking like new! The drying time was also relatively short as they went over the areas with a moisture suction vacuum. I will use them again as well as recommend them to my neighbors.

My wife and I scheduled this cleaning prior to her delivery date. We wanted the carpets cleaned well for the new baby. Baby came early; so I was at the hospital when TJ, our technician, called and told him it would be a few minutes before I got home. He was very polite, concerned and respectful about it! TJ was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I asked to look at the dirty-water tank which he gladly showed me (I just think it's need to see how much dirt comes out after a good cleaning!!), and he even took just a minute to play with our dog outside and ask about how my wife was doing. Bottom line: great work, was not time consuming but the carpets look excellent and our technician was more than polite and professional. Great work. Highly recommend!!

Just had our carpets cleaned and I couldn't be happier. They look great! I have a carpet cleaner and usely do it myself, but it doesn't do nearly as good as having it done professionally. Granted it did cost, but it was reasonable and worth it. I will be a returning costumer.

Contacted Widmer's because of their $99 special. They cleaned 4 rooms, stairs and a hallway. The carpets look like brand new! There was a huge black spot in the living room where my dad sat on the couch. You could see his walking pattern around the coffee table. I was doubtful that spot would look any better - but it almost disappeared !!! The technician was super friendly and was patient with me after my vacuum died right before he got there and I had to run borrow one. The whole process was maybe an hour and a half at most. I will definitely recommend Widmer's !!!

We have had Widmer’s to two separate homes in the past couple of months. Both times they cleaned 8 plus rooms. The scheduling office was efficient, friendly and worked within our timeframes. Their customer service was encouraging and created a positive first impression ! Anthony was the expert service technician for both jobs. He was professional, well spoken, answered all our questions confidently and was super thorough. The end result: The carpets were damp but dried fully in about a day and a half. After a good vacuuming they look and feel incredible! We recommend Widmer’s carpet cleaning services and we will use them again!

The carpet in my basement was gross with stains from both my kids and our puppy that we got last summer. I was really skeptical about the spots coming out but I would've just been happy that it smelled nice again. After Nick was done it looked 1000 times better!!! IT LOOKED NEW!!! I waited an entire 24 hours and it still looked fabulous when it was dry. I couldn't have been more happy! I've had that carpet cleaned once more by a different company but never again!!
