I am very pleased with Vanguard Cleaning. My cleaning contractor, Laderka Briscoe, gets the job done. She understands the special needs for cleaning a medical office and what both patients and staff expect. Things are clean and sparkling and patients remark about how clean it is. Betsy from the Vanguard office emails and/or calls once a month to check in and check up. I really appreciate this kind of customer service and I can tell you from experience that it is pretty remarkable because not all cleaning companies stay in such close contact. But Vanguard makes sure nothing minor becomes something major. I'd recommend Vanguard and Laderka to anyone.

Vanguard has been our vendor at Asian Institute - Crane House (AICH) since I have taken on leadership here about 4 years ago. Dominic has taken on the reigns of AICH for about 2 1/2 years. Our service from Vanguard Cleaning has been fine, but since Dominic has taken over, our service has been excellent. Our guests have noticed as well by saying things like, "Your building has never looked better." I have to agree. Dominic is reliable and dependable.
