Hired Turn Key Cleaning for a deep clean based on their great reviews from another site. I am so glad we went with them. They did a phenomenal job. We were blown away by the attention to detail, professionalism and the overall great customer service from everyone there we dealt with (the owner for the quote and the cleaner). She showed up on time (early even!) and really went above and beyond expectations. Everything was spotless by the time she left. I would not hesitate to recommend Turn Key. Thank you for the great work!

I feel badly writing this review, as these people worked very hard on the task that they were hired for in my home. When we moved into our new house not too long ago, I noticed that the kitchen cabinets were covered in a thick layer of grease, and the shower door in the master bathroom was covered in hard water stains. I had tried everything I could think of to try and solve these problems myself, but nothing was working so I decided to hire a professional cleaning company. The woman assigned to my home worked for hours, but she, too, was unable to remove all of the grease and hard water stains. She did a good job of cleaning the bathroom otherwise (aside from some pretty significant scratches that I noticed on the shower wall) but I still paid full price for the two tasks that made me want to hire a professional in the first place, even though they were not able to be completed. I don't mind paying some money since I know that she worked hard and tried her best, but I can't help but be a little disappointed in the situation. UPDATE: My husband called back about our concerns; they basically blew us off entirely even though they could not accomplish the job that we asked them to do. They justified this because we had given them the "okay" to leave. I'm sorry, but sometimes you notice things after the fact and that's what happened to us in this case. They had to come back once since the girl had forgotten to clean the bathroom mirror entirely, and the mom just decided to sit in the car and not help at all. I gave the "okay" because I felt bad making her work longer than necessary while the mom just sat in the car. What a waste of 150 dollars. I had also asked her to clean my cabinets; she wiped down the doors but didn't touch the cabinet frames. I scraped off a mark on the door with my fingernail after they left, so it was obviously a very easy spot to remove. Horrible, horrible business model. They offered to come back a third time instead of refunding our money, but I would rather just take that money to another company. I would NOT hire these people again. They also refused to take any responsibility for the damage done to our shower walls. No surprise there. I don't feel bad about leaving a two star review anymore, and in fact I changed it to one star.

Wonderful company. We hired Turn Key Cleaning for a move in deep clean. Our new home was a mess. The staff they sent out worked many hours and made our home as clean as I wanted when we purchased it. They were pleasant to work with. Thank You!!!!!

Going so far as putting away things they realized we were too busy to attend to. As people who are used to doing everything themselves, Rebecca and her team work with you to reassure that your home is well CARED for in a manner that continues your attention to detail. 10/10 cannot recommend high enough!!!!

The rental company required a DEEP clean before move out (a bit unusual to us) so we called Turn Key and instantly received a quote over the phone. We sent them the rental company's deep clean check list and they took care of the rest. Did the whole house, walls to moldings, appliances to drawers in 1 day. Price was extremely fair and they were very thorough. Got every penny of the deposit back. Would hire again.
