Paid for them to deep clean my house for two weeks in a row. Everything was straightened up and looked nice until you started to take a closer look. Dust on every single baseboard and door trim & cobwebs everywhere. I left a message with my complaint and they never bothered to even call me back. Not worth the money. In response to their reply: Saying that you offer good customer service and guarantees is one thing, actually doing it is another. You didn’t even bother to return my call, which I know you received because you never came for the next appointment. I hope everyone will see through your attempt to save face considering that you didn’t reply with an offer to rectify the situation.
