I came home from a long weekend away and found my basement flooded due to recent rains. Called Servpro LATE at night and the phone was answered by the owner, who promptly sent a crew to my house. Within 2 hours, they were sucking the water out and moving my stuff out of harm's way. I was amazed at their knowledge and speed and the care they took to handle my belongings. A few days later, the basement was completely dry and it really was like it never happened. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Servpro!

They came up to Michigan to help us when Detroit burbs flooded in August 2014. Can't speak more highly of them. They took control of a very big job at a time when we were completely overwhelmed by emotions and loss from the flood. Great work ethic, respectful of our belongings, did all the heavy lifting and all the clean up. They were here for 4 days and worked their butts off. Nice men, good manners, and took time to explain what the chemicals and machines were for. Was worth every penny. Out house smelled like a latrine when it flooded with sewage, and was clean and fresh when they left. Have had no problems or odors since.
