We used different cleaning companies on our medium size office but we weren't very lucky. For 5 years we used 3 different companies with not very good results. We got complaints all the time on the bathrooms, floors, breakroom, dust and I personally talked to the cleaners to see if the problem could be solved. Someone at Nippon in Indianapolis recommended to our manager Pink Team Cleaning. They really made a difference! They did a first deep cleaning were they took care of the main complaints: the floors, inside refrigerators, dust, baseboards, everything!. We have used them for almost a year now and we are all very pleased. No more complaints from any manager or random employee. I knew that they weren't the cheapest but it has been definetly worth it.

I used the Pink Team a few month ago to do a general cleaning of my house. The lady on the phone was very nice when scheduling but gave me a really high quote, she said that the lady who came to meet me would give a better idea of how long it would take. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with the WHOLE experience. To start, 2 ladies arrived who did not speak very good English. I spent 30+ minutes trying to explain what I wanted done. There was a huge language barrier considering that everything I asked to have cleaned was not even touched. I was told that there were 2 other ladies on there way. There were 3-4 ladies here over a couple hours. It was just a mess of an experience. In my opinion they could've had my house spotless in 1-2 hours if they actually were efficient. Instead I was charged for 3 hours and the house was barely cleaned. I would not recommend using the Pink Team. They are very expensive for poor work.

Similar to other poor reviews - cost more than expected/suggested at time of initial phone call and they were at my home for way longer than was needed to do the very little work they did. Areas dusted showed they didn't move anything - had visible lines between candles on my mantle and dining buffet; windows were not cleaned as requested; base of toilet was not cleaned; cobwebs remained in all rooms of the home - despite asking specifically to have this addressed. Will not call again.

Quoted a high price, then once there say actually it will be double. I have had ppl clean many times, this was the longest anyone has ever taken (by like 4 times, literally). Unacceptable and dishonest.

Connie on the phone promised to cover the carpet cleaning fee charged by Avenue due to their employees' mistake. Yet she did nothing. Today I still get Avenue's pre-collection notice. It is just a pure lie. Don't request service from them. The employee who came to clean my apartment spent most of the time taking possession of the items I try to dispose. Yet they still charge me a lot. Really unprofessional.

I have been using this company for about 2 years and highly recommend it! The cleaning staff are professionals who make my house sparkle! They take pride in their job and are hard working. I have used other services both in and out of the US and this is by far the best I have used. The rooms are left well organized, tidied (my vanity is always left organized), and spotlessly clean. I have an allocated spot in the schedule which suits my really busy lifestyle - both my spouse and I both travel a lot for work. Their regular cleanings have preserved my sanity! While it isn't cheap - you get what you pay for!

I was very disappointed in this cleaning service. They came to clean my house and only cleaned it partially because they said they ran out of time. They leaked oil on my driveway and I had to clean my house again after they left. It was not worth the money at all. I offered the company to come look at what the cleaner did for 3 hours and they declined. Not very good customer service in my opinion and I have to call an appliance repair person to fix my new cook top because she scrubbed off the igniter and now it won't light and the low setting doesn't light at all. After my dissatisfaction of the cleaning I don't even want to bother asking for a repair because of their response, save your time and money.
