I am the office manager of a 2,000 square foot professional office located on the northeast side of Indianapolis. We have approximately 5 employees which work from this location. Previously, each employee would take turns cleaning the office facilities, twice a week. A salesperson from Office Pride came by in December 2014 and gave me a list of what services they offered. Office Pride completed the same tasks which we were already completing, plus several additional tasks. Office Pride provided us a cost proposal to provide cleaning services to our facility on our requested schedule. We looked at the cost to have our employees complete these tasks versus having them work on the tasks for why they were hired and found that it was much more cost effective to have Office Pride complete the cleaning services. We have been happy with the services that they have provided and it has in turn freed up our employees to complete more productive tasks. Additionally, Office Pride has been very flexible in modifying their schedule to fit our needs.

Absolutely horrible. They had to come back twice because the cleaning was not up to par. (Urine spots still on the toilet, mop streaks on the floor, trash left by the backdoor). And then to top it off, they didn't show up last night prior to a meeting in our office. No phone call, no heads up, just a no show. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

The people of Office Pride have been wonderful to work with. We had not had an actual cleaning service at Richmond Civic Theatre for quite some time, and their price estimate was absolutely in line with what we needed to make it affordable. Everyone has been extremely friendly, flexible (very important in a civic theatre environment, with lots going on at odd times!), and completely professional. We often have 3 shows in rehearsal at one time, and Office Pride has done a great job of working around rehearsal times, and locations, particularly because we have 2 buildings in use! They have also worked around our performance scheduling, coming in between weekend shows, to make sure the theatre is ready for the next crowd. They keep me up to date on cleaning supplies and need to purchase, and make recommendations for better ones.

We used Office Pride as a one time cleaning after move out during an office transition. Paul communicated well and responded in a very timely manner. Everyone I met was very delightful. I highly recommend Office Pride for all of your office cleaning needs!

We used an Office Pride Franchise (Northern KY) to clean our church campus for a 6 month period of time. Overall, I was not very happy with the service. We rent one of our church campuses to a school and multiple times the organization would come in and find the building had not been cleaned the night before. I (as facilities manager) was never given any heads up to the cleaning crew not showing up. I honestly don't know how the girl cleaned with proper equipment because they had 1 vacuum for a two story building and every time I used it the beater bar was half broke and the canister/bag was CHALKED full for dirt and debris. I never saw one dust mop the entire 6 month period in the building and we had several tiled areas. The chemicals they used looked like water in a bottle. One Sunday I had complaints about the bathrooms not being cleaned. Once I checked the security cameras, they showed the girl had not mopped them after she apparently told the owners she had. This happened on 3 occasions. The week after the contract was up, my team found lots of dust in areas, toilets/urinals with grime in them. I use to work for an Office Pride franchise when I lived in Louisville, and they had a VERY high standard of excellence for cleanliness, etc. So I am familiar with the Office Pride Brand and Name. I would not use the Office Pride Franchise in my area again.

Office Pride has done nightly cleaning of Saint Lawrence Catholic School in Muncie for the past 3 years. They do their work quickly and completely, they communicate when there is a problem, and they respond quickly each time I have a concern. As Principal, I need a company that can be relied upon each night, and Office Pride gets the job done.
