When I called Brad he was quick to respond, worked to resolve the issue, and even went to the property himself. As much as we want to hear "there were no problems, amazing company" that isn't realistic 100% of the time. So although I can't say that...what I can say is that this company does a great job and when there is an issue they will do whatever it takes to make things right and satisfy the customer. As a customer, I am glad to know a company stands behind their work.

To date, they have cleaned 3 times. The first time Molly Maid cleaned my home, my house was spotless! I was so impressed, and looking forward to them coming every 2 weeks. When the estimator came, I was told that the same team would always come to clean my house. That never happened. The second time they came, they completely skipped a room, and didn't wash my hardwood floors. And then yesterday, they left my garage door open and house unlocked when they left, on top of not cleaning. They only dusted some of my furniture, didn't wash the floors and skipped a room...again. Extremely disappointed and will not be having them return.

My husband and I have been on the hunt for a bi-weekly cleaning service and after trying other companies, I can attest that Molly Maid has won our heart after only one clean. Being apart of our family business on the management and customer service side of things, I tend to pay attention to "the small things". IE:) sparkling clean purple MM cars for employees to use, smart, yet functioning uniforms, thank you notes from the cleaners, stickers on TP etc. I appreciate the professionalism the company has shown from the start of the process all the way to the end of our house cleaning. Jessica, the estimator, was very though walking through the process of what to expect from the MM service and provided us the price of what our bi-weekly service would be. We found the price to be reasonable- especially after the clean! I've worked with other local companies and the price was not only higher but the clean was not a thorough, too. Megan and Tori cleaned our home and they did a fantastic job. They introduced themselves to my entire family when they arrived, I showed them our home and they went straight to work. They were also very personable- as they made sure to answer my daughter (almost 2 YR old) as she was excitingly yelling "HI" upstairs as they began to clean and "BYE, BYE" when we left. I felt more than comfortable leaving the care of my home in their hands. I feel a sense of ease knowing that I found a company that I know will take care of me and my family. Being a stay at home AND working from home Momma, I look forward to being more present with my loved ones in a tidy, clean and healthy environment. This is some of the best money I've ever spent and that says A LOT for someone who took YEARS of accepting the fact that even "Super Mom" can't do it all. I'm grateful for you, Megan and Tori. From day one when they came early before we could get out of their way, they were friendly to us and always are asking how the family is. They treat our home like it's their own. To date, they have cleaned 3 times. The first time Molly Maid cleaned my home, my house was spotless! I was so impressed, and looking forward to them coming every 2 weeks. When the estimator came, I was told that the same team would always come to clean my house. That never happened. The second time they came, they completely skipped a room, and didn't wash my hardwood floors. And then yesterday, they left my garage door open and house unlocked when they left, on top of not cleaning. They only dusted some of my furniture, didn't wash the floors and skipped a room...again. Extremely disappointed and will not be having them return.

Leah, Trystan, and Tanya were outstanding. End of the school year, and I’m a teacher, so the house hadn’t been touched in a month. It was getting overwhelming, so I needed help. I was feeling embarrassed, to be honest, but Leah, Trystan, and Tanya put me right at ease. Punctual and friendly, the three of them set to work on my house. They cleaned deeply and completely. My 9 year old son’s room was amazing! The bathrooms were so clean, it looked like we had renovated. The kitchen floor was spotless. I am grateful for their work. I highly recommended them!

My husband and I have been on the hunt for a bi-weekly cleaning service and after trying other companies, I can attest that Molly Maid has won our heart after only one clean. Being apart of our family business on the management and customer service side of things, I tend to pay attention to "the small things". IE:) sparkling clean purple MM cars for employees to use, smart, yet functioning uniforms, thank you notes from the cleaners, stickers on TP etc. I appreciate the professionalism the company has shown from the start of the process all the way to the end of our house cleaning. Jessica, the estimator, was very though walking through the process of what to expect from the MM service and provided us the price of what our bi-weekly service would be. We found the price to be reasonable- especially after the clean! I've worked with other local companies and the price was not only higher but the clean was not a thorough, too. Megan and Tori cleaned our home and they did a fantastic job. They introduced themselves to my entire family when they arrived, I showed them our home and they went straight to work. They were also very personable- as they made sure to answer my daughter (almost 2 YR old) as she was excitingly yelling "HI" upstairs as they began to clean and "BYE, BYE" when we left. I felt more than comfortable leaving the care of my home in their hands. I feel a sense of ease knowing that I found a company that I know will take care of me and my family. Being a stay at home AND working from home Momma, I look forward to being more present with my loved ones in a tidy, clean and healthy environment. This is some of the best money I've ever spent and that says A LOT for someone who took YEARS of accepting the fact that even "Super Mom" can't do it all. I'm grateful for you, Megan and Tori.
