They have left my deadbolt unlocked and has never set my alarm system. The cleaning is subpar, and they've never done the edging on the carpet even though that was specifically one of they main things I mentioned. The gentleman was an hour late for the estimate. And the 1st cleaning visit I was told 10 am and then time was moved without telling me. My father was stuck waiting for them. I have had to remind them of my code for my house to get in. They tell you at the estimate everything they don't do, windows, fans etc. I found it especially interesting that the one time I was home for the cleaning they only took 45min, but whenever I'm not there it's been 1.5 hrs. It has been the most frustrating experience.

Molly Maid of South Bend has been cleaning my house for about 2 years now. They are always prompt, professional and do a great job for me. It's always so refreshing to walk into my home after a cleaning and see all the place so sparkly and clean. They will clean as often as you like, usually sending as many people as it takes to clean the entire location in a less than 2 hours. They always text me a day before to alert me they are coming which is so helpful.

Avoid at all costs . Billing incompetence. Tried to cover up billing incompetence with lies. Charges were never disputed until the credit card company noticed they tried to charge the same amount 3 times over 3 months. Zero communication with the paying client, just kept requesting authorisation for payment multiple times. The cleaning was fantastic but that doesn't excuse the incompetence of the billing team sending threatening emails, after they charged a second credit card (not the paying party) with NO authorisation to do so.

Absolutely excellent! After so many different cleaning services, I’ve finally found a great company. Morgan and Steph (and Brittany) are the most thorough cleaners! They’re the only ones who get my wood floors done right! I have great respect for them - hard, dedicated cleaners and super personalities. They’re also quick. No complaints whatsoever.
