Couldn't even find out if they do a good job cleaning because they couldn't even get to my house on time. My wife set up a morning appointment at a house I am trying to sell. We don't live there so I had to drive 40 minutes to meet them there. I waited for an hour and when no one showed up I went to work. My wife called and told me they scheduled us wrong and they would be back sometime between 11 and noon. My wife asked them to call 40 minutes before getting there. They couldn't even do that. They called her from the driveway and told her they were there. She was 40 minutes away so she asked me to go there on my lunch hour to let them in because they were waiting. When I got there, no one was there. Cancelled the service and I will never try to use them again simply because they couldn't be there when they said they would. Horrible experience! After I posted my review above the owner reached out and made things right. I appreciate the quick response to my review and regaining my business. After the scheduling conflict was resolved the girls came back out and did a great job cleaning my house.

I used to utilize this cleaning business but household items kept getting broken without acceptance of responsibility (they would not leave a note notifying me of the breaks) I did not really mind the fact that notification was not given but when a large amount of money (approximately 700 dollars, in quarters) went missing and there was nothing but denial by them, then I had to switch Cleaning Businesses.

They are not courteous or kind; they don't even say hello when you open the door.

On time and nice . I recommend for heavy cleaning of a house condo or apartment. They come in a group of 2 and will work as long as needed . I suggest To schedule them either weekly or bi weekly . What they charge is based on your squared footage of house. condo or apartment. Ask them for a discount or look for coupons . Senior citizens this service is excellent. If injured in a accident they will make your place look so clean that your recovery will go so much faster. 4 out of 5 stars only because used them 3 times so far but rating can go higher if it continues.

Negatives: Overall cleaning was lackluster at best. They spent 2 1/2 hours inside our house cleaning that is 3300 square feet without the basement. We were quoted at a minimum of fours would be needed to properly clean the house. So either they misrepresented what they offer in terms of cleaning services or the cleaners did not perform as thorough of a cleaning as they claimed to do. We personally believe it is the latter as after the cleaners left, we saw many flaws in their cleaning to include grime in patio door seals, dust above doors seals, areas in the kitchen completely not cleaned, and closets not vacuumed. We will not be using this service again.

"Team 10" (Jaime & Erika) arrived early, listed to my wishes and then I got out of their way. They assessed the situation and how much they wanted to get done in the time allotted, and then went to it. They cleaned "appropriately", meaning that they didn't spend too much time on things that mattered very little and too little time on others. I doubt that my house will ever be (what my late wife used to call) "Mother in-law clean", but it is now more than presentable. They cleaned "appropriately", meaning that they didn't spend too much time on things that mattered very little and too little time on others. I doubt that my house will ever be (what my late wife used to call) "Mother in-law clean", but it is now more than presentable.
