I started using Merry Maid on Christmas Eve, and they come out every 2 weeks, and every time they come out I call and they have to comeback out to clean something they have missed or didn't do. Now they came out yesterday and overflowed my toilet and didn't clean the mess, my daughter came home to find it, so when I call they told me my daughter lied , they said she did it and is blaming it on the maids because they wouldn't do something like this, but they will come back out and clean the floor. I am so tired of always having to call and have them come back out. I will be calling today to cancel my service. I am so tired of them not doing what I always call back and ask them to fix the issue. I even left a note this last time and still yet it wasn't done. I don't think they even touch my basement. So very unhappy, you spend all that money to have them do a job for you and it's not deserved.

Everything started out great, but then it went downhill. I spoke to team, I spoke to owner, I spoke to quality control. I did overhear the team complaining about the pay and the quality I got was all I deserved--but I can't control that. But it sounded like the team got about $40 and I was charged over $150.

I have chosen Merry Maids twice, stopping the first time had nothing to do with them, but now I'm back with them and glad I am. You can't chose a cleaning company and not expect a good size bill. These people work! Also no one is perfect, so an occasional missed spot etc, may happen, but they are willing to come right back and take care of it. Personally I feel we're all human and don't have them do that, but nothing major has been undone. I'm disabled and they make the housecleaning doable and I love climbing into a fresh bed they have changed. Try them you'll like them

They did a great job. My daughter’s wedding was that weekend and I had them do a big cleaning including windows. The house looked terrific and it really needed it! Weeks of wedding preparations while neglecting everything else had taken it’s toll. They were friendly and efficient and had no problem with my over-friendly little dog.

Beware.....I made arrangements for them to come out today at 11am to give me a estimate. At 12 I called them to hear "she came out and you didn't answer door so she left information on my door" NOT!!!!!! I had called to have a house cleaned for my boss. They came and did part of the job that was discussed on the phone. When I called to get a discount on the $125/hr service the manager was very condescending. I will never, nor will my boss, ever use this company again. The service given was under par and so was the customer service.

Almost every single review on here is fake, good and bad. Cant tell if i should use them or not, the fact they have a bunch of fake reviews makes me think i should steer clear though.
