My first big cleaning wasn't as I expected it to be. Lots of areas weren't touch or cleaned. Areas that are normally cleaned on your weekly cleaning day. I dont know if I expected to much, but I went by what my rep told me would be cleaned and yet those areas were not touched. The more I looked the more I found areas that weren't as cleaned. The areas they cleaned looked good. I did call and speak with the office and they were more than happy to send someone out and clean. I told them to wait for my regular cleaning day. So I'll see how they do cleaning on the next visit. I'm not very satisfied so far but will give them a chance to make it right.

I have been with Merry Maids for 8 years. It was on the suggestion of my husband and I was a bit leery. I love the fact that they are bonded and insured. They train their staff well and make sure that the person coming to your home is a good fit for you. if it’s not they are very proactive and accommodating. It’s more expensive than private cleaning. With that in mind I have the peace of mind that if somethings not right, they will go out of their way to make it right. They screen their people So I don’t have to. I have trust in them and don’t have to do the leg work. I have recommended them to others. I am very happy with “K”.

I was blessed with Crystal, who did a phenomenal job on my kitchen. She was kind, and professional, and made a new friend out of my beagle, Gracie. It feels so good to be in a clean environment, because I cannot do anything for a few weeks. I will be asking for her again. Recommend 100% extremely happy customer!
