They have 49 checklist which covers all the cleaning in the house. My kids love the stickers she leaves after the cleaning. I highly recommend MaidPro for someone who is looking to have their house cleaned professionally and stress free. they will not disappoint. In the past we tried polish cleaning ladies and other people recommended by the relatives and friends but MaidPro has been the best so far! We have Ashley and she is great but I am sure everyone one of them does a great job!

Beware of this company. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized group of humans. I’ll just review my most recent cleaning, It was very bad. They sent over a huge crew 7 women to clean a 4 bedroom house, basement and garage. 3 of those bedrooms were pretty much clean. There was no team leader. A good majority of the time, the women were standing around looking for something to do. This was completely mismanaged top to bottom. It’s written in my notes on my account I need a hepa vacuum because I have allergies. I’ve used the service before so they had my info on file. They didn’t send a single hepa vac. 7 girls not 1 hepa vac. By the time we got one, there wasn’t much time left to clean, about an hour. The girl that cleaned my basement was absolutely worthless and I’m being kind. I told her to get the cob webs on the ceiling and mop the floor. I have tons of equipment down there, I told them not to dust it because I thought, 3 hours to mop and remove cob webs is overkill. So there shouldn’t be any issues getting in between every single beam down there (basements unfinished). When I went down there, cob webs still all over the ceiling. The floor didn’t smell mopped. The woman that did my garage did great, smelled amazing for a week. Then, since I wasn’t happy, she redid it. I asked her specifically to get the cob webs and clean a table. She didn’t clean the table and still cob webs in corners. I was furious. How do you fix that? I was as clear as humanly possible. The woman that did my kitchen left tons of grease on my cabinets. She never got into the creasees and cracks of the wood. I went over it and every cabinet was still grease on the edges. This all cost me over 850 dollars. Please don’t waste your money here. Don’t be fooled by all these glowing reviews like I was. The people at maid pro are extremely incompetent. These maids are FAR from pros.
