We have contracted with Libman since the Fall of 2017 and have been very pleased with the service. What are cleaning services supposed to do? Clean! They do that with a team of cheerful employees (two or more) who arrive on time and work steadily until the work is done. We are pleased with the service and recommend it highly.

Set up appointment May 3rd w/Lisa Nelson for a May 29th cleaning, since I would be closing on my house the following day. All was well until Sunday May 27, I check my email to find Brian Wiegers has emailed to let me know they are unavailable for that cleaning. It’s Memorial Day Weekend, and now, I am in quite the bind. Very unprofessional. There are plenty of good cleaning services in Lafayette—Libman (I found out the hard way) isn’t one of them!

As a manager of rental properties, one of the most challenging parts of turnover season is finding a reliable and reasonably-priced cleaning service to prepare a home for a new tenant. Brian came out to the home, did a full walkthrough with me, took detailed notes, and provided a quote based on the property's exact needs. We got a cleaning scheduled, and Libman took care of the rest. I happened to drive by while the crew was there, and noted their well-branded, clean, green company vehicle in the driveway. They had placed a large welcome mat of their own on the front porch while they worked, which I thought was a very nice touch. After they left, I stopped by to review the work done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything is spotless, and I'm ready to welcome new tenants in at the end of this month knowing that they will feel happy with their decision to rent from me. I'll definitely be using Brian's team in the future for my other rental properties. A final note regarding price: Libman is not likely going to be your cheapest option, but I speak from experience when I say that ***you get what you pay for***, especially with cleaning and janitorial services. I've gone the cheap route before, and I have regretted it every time. Libman was reasonable on the price, and I felt it was very fair for the scope of the work being done. If you're looking to have the job done right the first time, consider Libman. Someone who offers to do the same thing for less is likely cutting corners, and you may have to do more work on the back end to get it right. For me and my business, having peace of mind with a high-quality service is worth more than saving a few dollars here and there.

In December 2018, the lady cleaning our house closed her business. Okey doke. No warning. Thanks so much. We’re pretty neat, but finally gave up with keeping up. Today, our great, friendly team from Libman – Mary, Kendra, and Mandy – went above-and-beyond and got us back on track. (Thanks, Brian Wiegers, Business Development Director at the Lafayette, IN location.) The only negative was no call or email, a couple of days ahead, to confirm “We’re still on for the 6th.” We’re good with our calendars, but this would be a nice service (even if it’s automated). Back to Mary, Kendra, and Mandy. Steam cleaning the tile? NEVER occurred to us, even with the deep clean. Making the Venetian blinds look new? NEVER occurred. We are pleased with the outcome and the fact Libman has no problem with our having only a quarterly deep cleaning. From there, I think we can handle it. Our team lived up to the home cleaning logo: Libman Cleaning Concierge. Worth every penny. (Oh ... and what Paul Branham said, too! Check out his review and add it to this one :->)
