I move from Indiana to California, so i was looking to rent the house I have in Indianapolis , some company came over and told me the carpet is bad and need to be replaced , after I talk to my moving company that recommend to call Indy carpet cleaning, I call the lady on the phone where very nice and very knowledgeable, I decided to try to clean the carpet first, the result was unbelievable, the carpet looks very very good, I can't say new, but very good and does not need any replacement thank to indy carpet cleaning I save a lot of money

I want to write a very realistic review. I'm not writing because they did an amazing job and I'm not writing because they did an awful job. The appointment process was easy any very user friendly. I chose to do an online appointment. After the appointment process I got a confirmation email/text. The day of service I got a confirmation text and automated phone call confirming my appointment and also gives me the option to cancel or reschedule if needed. I also got a phone call from a live person when they were on the way. The scheduling part of the process gets an A+ from me. When researching what company to use for carpet cleaning I liked that they give you a detailed description of what the process is during the cleaning on their website. A+ on the website. When the technician arrived (Not only on time but at the beginning of the time window) we proceeded with the walk through. After the walk through I went up to one of the bedrooms to move some items off the floor and the technician went down to get started. The technician was very polite and professional! A+ The technician did not vacuum the floors like the video said they would do. I would have done it prior to the cleaning if I knew they weren't going to do it. We have three cats, one dog and five humans living in the house and vacuuming is always needed. After the cleaning if I were to walk around on the damp floor I would have pet hair on my feet because it didn't all get cleaned up prior to cleaning. F The Technician did move some furniture and would have probably have moved more if I already didn't have it done for him before he got there. The video says that they will put blocks under the furniture to protect the carpet and the wood and that was not done either. D- The actual cleaning was acceptable, it seemed like he was a little rushed and maybe not spending enough time with the details. Things like not getting the edges really tight. Maybe my own preference. C Overall, the price was very competitive for the amount of rooms that was done. I liked that it was just one flat price instead of adding up all the different rooms and areas that needed cleaned. The website and scheduling was great. The technician was on time and polite/professional. My main complaints: Did not stick to the advertised process on the website and I felt like he was rushed and didn't clean as well as he could have. Final Thought: I work for a large rental company that rents tools and equipment. I specifically work for and manage the Floor Care Division of this company in Indiana. All we do in my division is rent sweepers, scrubbers, vacuums, and carpet equipment. I feel like the next time I need to take half day off to clean the carpets I will just bring equipment home from work and do it myself.

Couldn't be happier! This was the first time I had our carpets cleaned, I have always cleaned our carpets myself and just thought the carpet was old and needed to be replaced. Indy Carpet Cleaning arrived in the scheduled time slot. I was shocked that they were able to get our 20 year old off-white berber carpet fresh and clean again!. We highly recommend this company. Their work was impeccable. It is quickly obvious that the employees take pride in their trade and care a great deal about the quality of their work. We have used a home steam cleaner but I felt like it was not getting the job done after a few years. I cannot believe the difference in how our carpet looks and feels -- like getting new carpet! All of the stains are gone, the color has been restored, and even the texture feels like it did when it was first installed. We will definitely use their services again.

Had LEO from Indy Carpet Cleaning out today at my house in Plainfield, IN. I got the 5 room + free hallway special for $179 and added stairs for $25. $204 was the total bill - no dumb fees or extras. Leo was friendly, dressed professionally, and represented the company well. Very impressed with his work. Carpets and stairs here look absolutely fantastic! Had a great experience today with Dustin and Austin from Indy Carpet Cleaning. I haven't used this company before, but they knew what they were doing. Today we had our carpets cleaned by Mario at Indy Carpets, he did a wonderful job so much so that we won't be buying a carpet shampooer we will be calling Indy Carpets and asking fo Mario again.This gentleman was very professional, he arrived within the time frame that we were quote, did a walk through with me prior to starting, he was very informative as to what he was doing, it only took him approximately 2 hours for 4rooms and a staircase. We recently just purchased a new house and called to make an appointment so we could get our carpets cleaned before we move in. We arranged for someone to be at the house while they were cleaned and the technician never showed up!! My husband called to let them know and the manager wasn't even available to speak with him. The lady who answered the phone asked if we wanted to reschedule and we said absolutely not! Why waste our time? There is no point to schedule another appointment if you can't even get a reliable person the first time! I am so disappointed! Thanks for nothing!!

I am sending this email after my recent carpet cleaning appointment. We have lived in our house for 5 years and had never had it professionally cleaned, so we figured it was time to do so. I am relatively new to the area(moved here 5 years ago) and after doing some research I decided to book Indy Carpet Cleaning. The service went smooth, the technician was on time(actually was able to show up early) and overall I had a great experience with your company. Mario was our technician and was very friendly, knowledgeable and since an appointment cancelled he showed up early and since we didn’t have everything moved at that time, even helped us move some furniture. He walked the house after he was done and explained what to expect as the carpets dried. Being in the sales industry, I understand that sometimes you only hear the bad reviews or complaints, so I wanted to take the time and say thank you and that we are pleased with the experience. Called to get quotes. They said my living room was too big and needed to count as too rooms. But they have a special for 2 rooms and hall. The only carpet I have is my living room and stairs leading to living room. They said stairs couldn't count as a hall, so that's an extra charge for stairs. Then I asked if I could leave down my area rug(it's rather large) since the carpet under it was perfect, but the rug has gotten a little dingy and the rug takes up roughly 70% of my living room. She said sure, for an extra $1 a square foot. I said so I have to pay a significantly larger price to leave the rug down, even though the area isn't any larger? No response, she just say there on the phone. So in order to do my 16x20 LR and stairs, it's going to be several 100s of dollars because I'd like to leave the rug down(since the carpet underneath looks new). I'll keep looking... Seems a little outrageous...
