I have hired two other companies to power wash my home and neither did a very good job. Both said that "This is all that can be done." Not true! These guys were meticulous and the neighbors wanted to know if I had replaced the railing and trim on the back deck! I recommend them highly for all your roof, home, sidewalk, porch, and deck needs!

Indiana Roof & Exterior Cleaning made my twenty-year old office decks in front and rear look like new after pressure washing them, then applied two coats of the most dazzling deep red, almost maroon stain which fits my exterior décor perfectly and makes my office a fantastic stand-out location in my community. I intend to have them do a like miracle on my even larger deck project at home this summer 2016. Finally, when they have departed the premises, you will not find even one hair from a paint brush left behind, just a perfect clean-up almost better than they found it.

The company owner gave an estimate and presented a detailed proposal. The work was interrupted by equipment failure (and without customer notification); however, once notified, the owner had the crew return the following day and complete the job. The crew were personable and hard-working. The results were quite good, and I would use the company again.

I hired Indiana Cleaning & Sealing to pressure wash my exterior concrete and apply a water repelling sealer. The initial call, to the estimate and the professionalism of the crew all exceeded my expectations. Although they werent the cheapest estimate, they were very reasonable and ive learned my lesson from hiring the "cheapest contractor" on past projects!
