Maria Andres sub’d for Marcela one Friday and did such a good job of cleaning our office. We have a very dusty, dirty office that sits in a construction yard and she managed to be very thorough. I had Helping Hands clean a house for me in Elmhurst. I set up a deep cleaning with Paola, and she was extremely helpful. She also called me when the cleaning was done to make sure I looked over everything before I paid. The house had been lived in for 46 years, and once everything was cleared out, the amount of dirt and dust was overwhelming. Patricia, Edilia, and Mati arrived promptly, and they worked for 4 hours in the house. When I walked in after they were done, I was so happy. The entire house looked fabulous, in fact, it looked like a different house! I would highly recommend Helping Hands.

DO NOT use helping hands. We used their service over a month ago in which they broke our oven, still is not fixed. They set us up with a “repair man” that gave us the run around for weeks telling us they couldn’t get the parts. I tried contacting Helping Hands to follow up with the repair man issues, left multiple messages with no call back. I took it upon myself to order the parts, got them in under a week. I am still left with finding someone to fix the oven. To say I am disgusted is a huge understatement.

We recently moved to Elmhurst from the city and were looking for a house cleaning service. I had 4 companies come out to do estimates but helping hands offered a cleaning test run at a discounted rate. Enedina and her partner Mary came to clean the house. Enedina and Mary did such an outstandjng job that we requested the pair permanently to clean our house. HH oblidged our request. They do an anazing job every other week and clean things that most services dont. They are always promt and on time as well. I highly recommend Helping Hands for your cleaning services.

It was very easy to set up a regular cleaning schedule (every four weeks for me), and I love that they email and text me reminders before my cleaning day. Great communication among the schedulers, teams, and clients, too. My regular cleaning team is Pamela and Irma, and they have done a fantastic job each time.
