Terrible pay terrible company

Terrible company to work for. I'm currently on medical leave for 4 week's and unfortunately,into my third week off I found out I was fired. I was fired after my first week into my medical leave (I also had a letter from my doctor.), my boss never called/messaged me to explain I was no more needed. So here I was going through hard physical therapy to go back to work just to find out I've been without a job for two weeks without notice. This isn't a company, it's a joke. Even while working I've noticed the other workers and I had wait for months for new supplies, the boss was never trust wprthy, and the pay was so low. So please, Take my advice and search for another job before you join with this one.

This company is so disorganized, never enough supplys around when needed, poor management, no direct deposit...not a good company to work for. I was placed at Roche Disnosgics where they have the cleaning contract. I worked there over a month before I was even given an employee number to clock in & out with on there phone system...the week of thanksgiving I wasn't even informed that we would be off the day after thanksgiving because I was oringally told we would be working that Friday. The pay is low...trust me you don't want to work for this company. Carla

It is a shame that EMS has as idiot paying the contractor invoices. Fortunately it is the boss's daughter. When she sent a check out for snow removal, she had to be told that she overpaid invoices in the amount of $46000.00. No one in the company wants to say anything because it is daddy's little girl. Well, daddy, we could have gotten away with a lot of money but instead we are paying for it by having to explain time and time again what invoices are over paid and which ones are not paid at all.

If I could leave a review with negative 5 stars, I would. This is a very unprofessional, unstructured company. The first experience working with EMS should have been enough (part time 2015 to early 2016) based on how things turned out then. However, I wanted to pick up part-time work again because I was starting to get bored and extra money doesn't hurt. Fast forward to 2019 and nothing has changed. They are still very unorganized, do not know how to communicate effectively or relay information to employees, do not pay adequately, and given it's almost 2020, they do not offer direct deposit! Beware! If you enjoy cleaning professionally, I advise applying to another company.

Management is blind ,lazy and crazy..! I did the managers job at times in the building until I felt like a fool.One day I thought about the low wage while working my butt off and i was suddenly done with the b.s...Exit building to 465 immediately.

After working for 2 weeks have not been paid in full payment and now my dad have not received his paycheck the excuse was it got sent to a different location and everybody been complaining about it overtime payment not get in they pay on time and everything I guess I'm going to be quitting before I do that I'm going to call the department of labor on that because this is unlawful.

Worst company ever to work for. They are definitely not employee friendly and they do not pay nearly enough to be able to live. No employee support and no team work of any kind. Most horrible company I've ever encountered and I don't know how they stay in business. If I could give them -negative stars I would. (SLC, Utah office)

great company to work for...my location the people are very friendly and helpful...my supervisor and manager are awrsome....yeah the pay sucks but it is better than others in this field....communication is key here....always inform the customer and your superiors about things and all will be well....great place to work if you know how to present yourself in a professional manner.
