We have used multiple carpet cleaning services before, being an apartment owner. By far Elite is the best and most thorough company we have ever used! They literally vacuum and scrub brush any loose soil, hair, dirt or residual residue before they even steam clean the carpet. I have never seen such a thorough process used before. I typically won't give reviews but I felt I needed too. Dwayne Pickens you did an awesome job on my carpet. I thought I would have to replace the downstairs after my horrible tenants left, but I'm glad I tried cleaning first. There was candle wax, red juice and even nail polish on the carpet. He warned me it might not come out but this man got down on his knees doing all he could until this nasty carpet got clean as possible. I truly appreciate the pride you take in doing your job and thanks again for the great job..

Dwayne took his time and did the job right and I will always call Elite Clean Steamers for any of my carpet cleaning needs and I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody!! I have had other carpet cleaning companies come out to my house in the past and had nothing but bad experiences. Elite Clean Steamers pricing was extremely fair and based on the quality of work and the attention to detail I felt like they deserved twice as much as what they charged. I called 10 different carpet cleaning companies and Elite Clean Stemers were the only company that gave me a fair price and didn't try to up charge or overcharge for any part of the process. They were very truthful and transparent with the entire process and pricing! Very pleased with my carpet cleaning! The lady on the telephone was super sweet when I booked my appt. They used a special vacuum that got all kinds of dust, dirt & pet hair out of my carpets and this was after I vacuumed! I’ve never had another company do this before. The shampooing looks great and he even went back to try to get a few Ink stains out that the shampooing didn’t get! Will definitely use them again!!

Would highly recommend Elite for carpet and tile cleaning. Dwayne was very nice, professional, and went above and beyond in several ways. We had a large nail polish spill on our carpet that happened 5 years ago, and a stain specialty company tried to clean it but told us it was a lost cause. I told Dwayne not to even worry about that area because I knew it was a permanent stain. To my surprise he got it out!! We couldn't be happier with the service we received!

I hired Elite to clean all my carpets to have a fresh start before moving into our new house. Their prices are great and it's super easy to book on their website - mobile friendly too! I can't brag on our technician Dwayne enough! He arrived right on time, was presentable and friendly, and got right to work. He takes great pride in his work and worked his butt off!! I've hired a big name steamer before who did not do as many steps. Elite used a special vacuum, sprayed the citrus smelling chemical cleaner, went over every square inch with a scrubber (that I've never seen before from others) which pulled up a ton more dog hair from previous owners, then the steamer you're used to seeing. He even got on his hands and knees to use the hand tool for multiple passes on our heavy-traffic rug. I'm so impressed with Dwayne and Elite!

Our tan carpet looked grey from previous tenants. Now it at least looks close to the original color. I plan to get another cleaning soon to brighten it up even more. It looks so much better. The only issue I had was they arrived later than expected and the floor was left a little more damp than advertised. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the end result. Thank you Elite!
