After a slight mold/mildew issue, I was told to get my house professionally deep cleaned. DeluxMaids was pretty great from start to finish. The website (very user friendly) was showing me a price that didn't seem accurate because it was pretty low so I called and they confirmed the price and helped me add on additional items, like blinds. Jennifer was my cleaner. She showed up at 12:30 citing a late babysitter, but they give you an hour window of arrival anyway. I was already there pre-cleaning so it was no big deal, and she text me to let me know her status. She brought her own supplies, she was very accommodating and she did a great job. I was cleaning the kitchen while she cleaned the living room, bathroom and bedroom & vanity. She also did the stairs and she vacuumed the sofa upon request. We moved the kitchen island and then she cleaned under it. She was there for about 4-5 hours. My final price was 274 (for 1br, 1 bath, vanity, living room, stairs, dining room and a few add-ons for blinds and wiping down doors on another level) and I tossed her a small cash tip. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I might even go ahead and get monthly service.

Total cost was $134 for what amounted to less than 2 hours of cleaning. The cleaning provided was adequate, but by no means spectacular. This is the standard one time cleaning and fridge wipe down (she didn't clean the top, behind, under, the front, or the gasket; just wiping down the interior) For $67 dollars an hour, I'd expect much better. This was a pre-move in cleaning. The previous owner was clean and tidy. Nothing in the way. After she was done, during the final walkthrough, I pointed out the cobweb still present within inches of the floor, she claimed that wiping those down required a "deep clean" and that would be extra. For the price, this really should be a much better service. Very disappointed.

She also was good with my cats, who love to get in the way. The maid also went above the standard for the Basic Clean, to make sure that my shower area (included in the clean), which is also a bath tub (not included in the clean), was spotless. I was definitely satisfied with the results.

I recently moved to Indianapolis and I contacted DeluxeMaid to clean my home based on the good reviews. My husband got me a gift card for DeluxeMaid (when searching for a maid service, he decided on DeluxeMaid because of the sleek and user friendly website and the good reviews) for my birthday back in May, and I had been nervous to use it because I had never had someone professionally clean my house, I always did it, and I am a type A control freak. Man, am I glad that I finally scheduled a cleaning because I am beyond pleased with the work! Crystal arrived promptly, talked to me about my expectations for the cleaning and accommodated my schedule. I was so impressed with the bathrooms and how clean and shiny everything looked and how good my house smelled! My two year old even said, "mommy, our house so clean!" and my husband was very impressed as well! I did the deep clean since I had never had my house professionally cleaned before, and since having my son, cleaning sometimes goes by the wayside. I will absolutely use DeluxeMaid again, and will probably schedule a once a month cleaning so that it is easier for me to keep up with housework. Their team did a fantastic job. Regular standard cleanings kept the home in show-ready condition and the home sold in just a few months. When the home sold and all my items were moved out, I had them come in for a deep clean and carpet shampoo. The results were fantastic. The home looked like new! Now I'm in a rental home while my new home is under construction. The rental was not cleaned properly after the last tenant so I had DeluxeMaid come in and do another deep move-in clean. The home didn't even look the same when they were done. It feels like home now! I have regular appointments scheduled with them to keep things clean and fresh. The next tenant will definitely have a better move-in experience than I did thanks to the crew at DeluxeMaid keeping the home sparkly. They even left me a thank you card when I moved into my new home when they came to clean and said to call if they missed anything. Fantastic service!
