I am very disappointed with the service they provided. I paid for the minimum 4 hours with a cap not to go over. My house did not need a deep clean. Without looking up close and personal it looked fine. For my time allotment all I needed cleaned was my bathroom kitchen and my floors. After the girl left I walked thru my house later and my bathroom was not fully clean. My shower head was not touched and there was stuff on the floor. Every floor in my house must of been sprayed with water because they were not clean. I had to go back and mop them and the difference is night and day. I went inside my fridge and while the glass shelves were wiped down the door shelves are still dirty. My stove is still dirty. I feel for what I paid this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this to anyone else if this is the level of service I received in a vacant house.

I have used Cottage Care in Highland twice in the last six months. I DO NOT recommend them at all. First time in NOV, did AWFUL job did not wash floors, clean bath, clean behind things on kitchen counter and they came back and cleaned again to try and fix issues. So decided to try again in MARCH thinking they would be detailed the second time around. Girls showed up smelling of smoke. No trash emptied in bath, kitchen counters not done, sink in kitchen dirty with ketchup stain still there, toilets not washed, mirrors in bath never done. DO NOT Use unless you want to re clean yourself and waste your money-they cashed my check immediately after leaving my house. They offered to come back, but didn't have any openings for a week to fix. So had dirty house I paid to have cleaned and they wanted to wait a week to fix it. I even had a friend come by who is a commercial cleaner and she said they never did much-she would lose a client if she cleaned like that. DO NOT Use- I ended up having another company come so paid twice to have my house clean that week. I have NEVER written a review, but thought you should be informed.

I just want to say that the girls at CottageCare Munster are by far some of the best people I have come across. My normal cleaner Cassandra is wonderful and is always so happy to do what she does. Traci the manager has gone above and beyond what any manager would do. I can not say enough great things about both of these ladies.

Used service 2 months ago. Very unhappy especially for price pd. They provide list of services they provide and did not complete. Main issue in kitchen i have an island on wheels did not sweep or clean under. One girl did nice job in my 1 bathroom. Only one set of blinds wiped down. Girl that did kitchen did not wipe down cabinets. Very unhappy with her. Called service to report. Always said out of office.

I have had COTTAGECARE clean for me for a few years. The ladies that clean for me are always great. I like the variety and flexibility they offer when I need a last minute clean. I tell everyone that they are worth every penny!

There is no better feeling then coming home after long day at work (with all the kids in tow) to a sparkling clean home! Nothing to do but make dinner and then RELAX. I wasn't super impressed. The first time they were supposed to come out, they just sent someone without confirming with me that that would be okay. I was not home at the time and unable to answer the door. After that mix up, they sent someone out that did a good job in the kitchen, but then rushed through everything else. Also, I decided to have 1 room cleaned instead of 2, but my bill was not adjusted so I had to pay for more than what I got. They did not dust or wipe down tvs, dressers, or tables and all my pictures frames were crooked or folded down. I'm wouldn't have minded putting them all back in order if they were actually cleaned, but they were still dusty. Overall, I was not very impressed.
