Cottage Care has provided home cleaning for us as well as move-out cleaning for our rental house. We are always very happy with our cleanings, and they are super friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish I could change is that they are not able to clean down the walls due to their liability insurance, but that's not a deal breaker for us.

We tried 2 different maid services before Cottage Care and were not satisfied with the quality of service. The other companies slacked off after the first few cleanings and made excuses for why the job was not done right. Cottage Care has consistently provided high quality cleaning services. On the rare occasion that an area is missed during cleaning, it is quickly taken care of when brought to their attention. The manager and cleaning crew are friendly and respectful.

HORRIBLE CLEANING. We hired Cottage Care of Fort Wayne to clean our personal residence. We were hoping for a deep clean, something different than we do ourselves. We watched the video they sent over detailing everything they would clean and were really excited. After they left though, we watched that video again...just to be sure we had understood correctly was included. We communicated with the staff that we weren't thrilled with our cleaning. They scheduled to have someone else come out...after waiting for hours after that scheduled time they finally showed up. They cleaned the areas they had no before and again, after they left, we found more areas that had no even been touched with a damp clothe. Thinking maybe this was a FLUKE, we hired them to clean a rental property. I have lower expectations and figured it would be fine. NOOOOOO. First the cleaning was rescheduled. Then the person showed up and hour late. Then the stove pans weren't even touched, cobwebs hung from the walls and the cabinets again, seriously hadn't even been wiped down. I paid my bill and will NEVER recommend them or call them for service again.

Not sure of the gal's name who cleaned for me last week......she was friendly and cooperative. I felt that she did a great job the first two hours, but toward the end of her stay she missed a few things. Nothing real bad....for example, other times the gals have cleaned the door windows between the porch and kitchen even tho I did not ask them to do it. This time the finger prints were still on the windows. Found crumbs under the kitchen table.....thought she had mopped the entire floor. I'm not wanting to complain too loudly since perhaps I did not communicate clearly about all the things I expected. However, in the future I would appreciate someone who is gives better attention to details. The gal was at my house nearly four hours.....I think she was getting tired.

It takes so much more energy with a disability to clean now, and this gives me more time to focus on other things. Cottage Care has been respectful of my desire to use specific products in my kids bathroom and accommodating to any changes I've had to make last minute too. It's really nice to feel like my home is clean and cared for when coming home from a long and busy day!

The cleanings are thorough, consistent, and timely. I typically have Nila and Tina clean our home and really like them and any subs have also provided good service.

Julie cleans every two weeks and does a great job! The Cottage Care staff does the extras that we don't often get to, like dusting baseboards, wiping down cupboards, and washing hard floors by hand. I've had Cottage Care do my cleaning for five years. I also had Julie and her colleague at Cottage Care do a move-in cleaning when I bought a new house in 2017, which helped me focus on the moving process and getting things organized and packed, rather than trying to fit in cleaning as well.
