Christina's initially did an excellent deep clean for us. Two cleaners were at house more than four hours; they cleaned high and low, and found some little toys I had not seen in several years (!). Very thorough on dusting, floors, kitchen and bath. We subsequently hired for every two weeks. Each time they come, they are efficient and fast. They have nice little flourishes, arranging small items artfully, placing pillows in an attractive way, etc. These are detail-oriented cleaners who supply all their own gear. Great service. They were so incredibly detailed. I didn't give them specific instructions, I just told them to use their own discretion. When I stopped by as they finished, I was floored because our house looked so good and because they were playing with our 7mo kitten. (She was thrilled.) I can't wait to use them again. I have already recommended them to several other people.

I asked her several times how long will it be to get a estimate and she kept giving me excuses saying it will be as soon as possible, I asked her does that mean a day or a week? She then told me it will be at least 4 weeks... I said ok we’re not willing to wait that long, let’s just skip the estimate and start service. Then I was told no we can’t do that, we have to give you a estimate first, I asked why,but never got a straight answer. I then said ok if I wait a unreasonable amount of time (4 weeks) for a estimate how long will it be to get service started? She said she had no idea... 4 weeks just to get a estimate is not realistic, in a customer driven business that wouldn’t be acceptable to anyone. Something is very schechy here. I feel like they know they may never get to you but don’t want to just tell the customer that to begin with and will drag you along as long as possible hoping to get to you or find a larger customer in the meantime.
