I was a little desperate, with Thanksgiving & out-of-town guests coming, yet past (bad) experience led me to do a lot of research before hiring a cleaning service. I read review after review of many companies, because I was contemplating more than just a one-time cleaning, if things worked out. I ended up deciding to contact Brilliant Results. Michael got back to me very quickly with price quotes, and a very detailed list of the tasks they perform with each cleaning, which I really appreciated. They've been cleaning our home every 4 weeks for about 6 months now. I've had a few experiences before w/cleaning services & the quality is usually great the 1st time, then quickly goes down hill, so my expectations were not high for a long-term relationship with BR. So far, I've been pleasantly surprised & so pleased with the continued high quality of their cleaning! I'm hoping/expecting this will continue, because at least 1 member of the 2-person cleaning team(Jaden-love her!) has remained consistent & she's very good @ making sure things move quickly & efficiently, with great results. A couple things have been missed over the months but they were small things, easily to overlook & were 1- time instances. Nothing to make me question my decision in hiring them. Both the crew & office communicate well with me re: any delays in their arrival, etc and respond quickly when I've contacted them for any reason. The office also follows up for feedback/issues after each cleaning. Overall, I'm very satisfied w/Brilliant Results & highly recommend them.

Brilliant Results did our post construction clean up and now cleans our home every other week. They are courteous, friendly, and very professional. A team of three cleans my 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house in about three hours. They are very thorough and the house looks great each time. I can pay by credit card which I love and find very convenient. You can also request special cleaning services which I plan to do this spring for a more deep cleaning. I would highly recommend this company.

I arranged for the deluxe package for my home, which is essentially supposed to be a deep cleaning. In other words, beyond just a standard cleaning. You can see for yourself the photos of what we came home to. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed by the number of tasks that just plain were not done, or were done poorly. Given the excellent reviews this company has online, I was shocked. To make matters worse, I was very unimpressed with how matters were handled when I emailed in my complaint. Within my email, I said I would like to discuss a discount before my card was charged. I did receive a voicemail the next morning asking me to call them to discuss things, but I wasn't able to call back until the next day. In the meantime, before I actually was able to speak to anyone, my credit card was charged. They did give me a discount, but it was only $40 off a $200 bill which was not adequate, in my opinion. I also felt it was very tacky that I received the receipt for the transaction in my email before even talking to anyone. When I did connect with a staff person by phone the next day, she was very apologetic, so I felt better. She said they'd had a meeting about what had happened and she'd spoken to the owner who had agreed to a discount but didn't want to say how much until they'd had a chance to speak with me. Obviously that's not what actually happened. She asked me a lot of questions and assured me they were going to have further conversations and that she would call me back on Monday (this was on a Friday). That was weeks ago and I never heard anything from them again. Their website says that if a client is not pleased, they will come back out to re-do the job free of charge. That was never offered, although to be honest, it's not likely that I would have accepted.
