I had my first cleaning service today and could not be more pleased! My house is actually quite difficult, in my opinion, to clean, with lots of old wood floors, dark wood trim and its size is somewhat daunting. We also live on a well and have trouble with iron in our toilets, tubs and sinks from the hard water. The crew was a really great size, 4-5 women who came determined to leave a good first impression. They were prompt, friendly and gracious and my home has never looked cleaner! Can't wait til my next cleaning! Highly recommend!

I've used Becht Price twice, the first time through Amazon services and the second through them directly. The first cleaning went very well, albeit, the crew didn't initially understand that 3 man hours meant that the two-woman crew would be there for 1.5 hours. Nevertheless, both ladies worked really hard and cleaned everything very well. I was very happy with the service I received when they left, which is why I decided to book with them again, directly. When I navigated to the Becht website I found that I could order the services online, great! (Side note: this is the cheapest method. 4 man hours for $109. The price is the same for 3 man hours on Amazon and the Groupon is not a deal.) I placed my order. I never received a confirmation email. I figured I'd be hearing from them. I followed up the next day with a phone call and email. They responded via email and I scheduled my cleaning. I was told that I would receive an email the day before with an expected arrival time. The day of the cleaning came and I had not received an email. I had to follow up and was told they would arrive between 1:30 - 3:30 PM. They arrived at 12:30... I was not notified that the time had changed, but luckily my husband was home and able to let them in. He told them to start with downstairs then come up stairs to the bathrooms if they had time. The three person team got to work and before he knew it they were leaving. They were at my home for 30 minutes when I paid for 4 man hours. I called the office and they told me they could reschedule the remaining time for next week, or give me a refund. I opted for the refund... they ended up just refunding the remaining hours. I was expecting a full refund as they did not indicate it would only be a partial. At this point, it's too much work to try to get in touch with them about it. The entire experience just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be scheduling with Becht again. Last side note, of the maybe five times I called them, someone answered one time.

Had groupon for 4 hours for what I considered a deep clean. Two cleaners came and stayed just under an hour. I told them my biggest concern was floors in both small baths, master bedroom and kitchen and when she asked me to check to see if there was anything else I wanted before they left I checked the bedroom floor, which I requested they redo. I did not check anything else until after they left. When I went into the back bath I noticed the nightstand by the door was still thick with dust and the clock radio was still grey (it is supposed to be black but I am terrible about dusting). The chest of drawers tapers out so is wider on the bottom drawers and there is a ledge at the taper. This ledge is dusty. When I ran my dark shirt over the top of the dresser I had a dusty shirt, so doubt anything in there was dusted other than the floor. I stayed in the family room the entire hour they were here and in here they dusted the tops of furniture but did not dust the things they moved. I also dont remember them dusting a grandfather clock--definitely did not clean the glass. Noticed today there is a dirty area between the curved area of the bath mat and the shower, perfectly matching the curve of the rug, like they did not pick up the mat when they mopped, assuming they even mopped in there at all. Folding over the opposite side you see a nice white area where the rug had been, and dirty tile from there to the wall and around the basin. I had put away many small knicknacks and cleaned off counter and table tops prior to their arrival to try to facilitate their efforts because I was worried four man hours might be stretching them thin. But again they left after two man hours and I feel what I anticipated as a deep clean was very superficial.

Spent $350 for a 10 hour deep cleaning. They were very friendly, but did not seems to know how to clean very well. They asked my wife to inspect each room and each time she had them re-clean or clean things that had not been cleaned. Of course she could not inspect everything multiple times and things got missed. Ended up with a bleached bath mat and a not very thoroughly cleaned house.

If you are having them clean for a specific length of time as opposed to staying until the job is complete I would suggest presenting the cleaners with a list of what you want done in order of importance when they come in. I would also suggest requesting the same crew if you liked the team otherwise you can get someone different each time.

Prompt, quick and friendly. The house was clean and smelled great! We will definitely use again. That was review over a year ago. If you ask to have a different time of day (I was always 3-5pm and wanted to be a morning on a day we were having an event and asked 3 weeks in advance) they will not accomodate you, even if you ask only once in a year. (At least not with trusted crew I usually had. After stolen money, I didn't want another crew in my home especially if I wasn't there) And if one of their employees steals from you, it's brushed off. No offer of compensation, I am sorry etc. In fact, the office staff had not relayed it to the owner until I brought it up again. At least that was what I was told. The woman I had clean was absolutely amazing and I kept using them because she definitely rated the 5+ star which is hard to find. No other crew met expectations. (empty trash cans, dust window seals, pick up things to dust around, clean showers doors and tracks etc.) Very disappointed. I never complained about a service, even when sub par alternate crew showed up, had $700 in graduation money and gift card disappear after a cleaning and was canceled on multiple times because someone was sick. I would not recommend. There are plenty of cleaning people who would like to have our business.

They were well-groomed, dressed appropriately, friendly, and professional. Everything that they touched was spotless. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in only two hours. Most importantly, they were sensitive to my allergies and need for them to use specific cleaning products that we had on hand. We are signing-up to have them clean regularly. I only say team 6 to remove any names from the review outside of the owner. We recently had a baby, things get crazy when that happens and we simply didn't have the time (or the required sleep) to keep up on our house work. These professionals came in and didn't judge us for being behind on our cleaning. I was really worried they would. Instead they made us feel great about choosing their company and reassured us they would get the house back into shape. (And loved on our little guy like it was their own baby) They cleaned the house to a point where it was better than when we moved in. They reviewed my priority list with me, toured the areas of the home to be cleaned, and got to work, after quickly giving my dog some much craved attention. They worked very efficiently, completing all tasks on my wish list within the four hours I had scheduled, even though I was sure that the list was too long to be completed. When they had finished the list, they had me walk through the areas they had cleaned to ensure that I was satisfied. The crew was a team of three women for an hour and twenty minutes (4 total "man hours"). My husband and I have already discussed looking into utilizing their services regularly. I would be more than happy to have the same team come again.
