I would not even give them a star. My house insurance company called them to help with water damage. I had most of the water cleaned up before they even showed up. Then my insurance company settled and they want all the money the I was giving to fix my home for the water damage. They will not work with u the want ever dime so u cant fix your home . They made more damage when they was in your home and don’t take it off the bill. They are rude on the phone call u every week to get the money that was sent to you to fix your home. I will never use them again or have my insurance company call them

We were very pleased with our air duct cleaning yesterday! I have allergies and asthma, and our house was built in the 1970s and we were not the first owners. We were amazed at the amount of stuff we could hear being sucked out of the vents! The men were friendly and efficient, and very accommodating with us needing to adjust our cats to different rooms. Our air conditioning system is running so much more efficiently and the air coming out is fresh! It was well worth the money and we will definitely be using them again in the recommended length of time for re-cleaning (4 years).

Had them out to clean my ducts. They found shreaded newspaper in some of them. They said they could not clean it out. I asked if they needed to come back later with different equipment and they told me again that they could not clean my ducts. And because they only cleaned some of my ducts, thay are ALL dirty, again, just a few months later.

This am 2 hours before my appointment they cancelled it. I had waited a week for this appointment. One girl said a truck broke another girl said they were overbooked. Then she couldn't get me in the next week either. I have a large dog who tracks in ...They do a great job once they get here but scheduling seems to be a problem. I have used them at least 8 years. Not a very nice way to treat return customers.

I recently had Americlean come to my house to clean out my furnace/AC air ducts. The two workers were very kind and professional. They had explained the cleaning process to us and prior to finishing up the job, they took time again to thoroughly explain everything they had done. Id look elsewhere. First they never came out for their scheduled appointment, then when I called they said they would be there before 4 (they called me at 4:15 saying they were running late) When they finally came out they said they could clean and sanitize the area but after they were done they suggested I replaced everything they cleaned but still charged me. It was a tight area for them to get into so instead of taking the time to get machinery into there they just said they couldn't do it. Waste of time and money.

AmeriClean was assigned to help out after my house caught fire several months ago. They have been professional and provided excellent service. They were able to clean almost everything I owned, even with a thick layer of soot. They even made my grandfather's painting look fresh and newly painted! When it was time for me to get my things back, a mirror was accidentally left behind. They made sure to fix the problem quickly and without any extra hassle. I called 10 different places for quotes in the Valparaiso, IN area. Americlean was reasonably priced for airduct and dryer vent cleaning. I would recommend AJ to come out. Hes prompt and explains the process and will answer any questions you have. This company does not pressure you into any "add ons" like a lot of them do.
