To start - I'd like to say this company has a great cleaning crew. They are very thorough and pleasant. This review is going to focus on their management/billing practices.
I called a couple weeks ago to get a cleaning because they had sent a $10 coupon out via email. When talking to the woman at the office she said a deep clean would be $160 and a basic clean would be $89 BUT the coupon wouldn't apply to the $89. I then read her the email I got with the coupon which stated it DID apply to the basic cleaning and she said, "Oh OK I guess its $79 then." I booked the appointment because $79 for a small 2 bed 1 bath apartment is pretty good.
Now, 2 weeks later, I open my checking account and see I have a charge for $132 and think well they must have made a mistake. I called today and talked to an incredibly unhelpful woman who argued that the prices I was quoted "aren't real" and asked who I talked to (uh I don't know it's your company). I asked for a refund of $53 and she said no, we don't have a $89 price option. She did however mentioned that no coupon was applied so at the very least hopefully I can get $10 back. She hung up saying she had to talk to the owner and would call me back. STILL haven't heard back.
This company is shady now that I'm looking into it - no prices posted on website or anywhere and no accountability. I've suggested this company to two people to use in the past but with how much of a headache their billing is I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now.
