I've lived in my home for a little over a year and in that time I have worked with several terrible contractors/services such as this. My experience has left me very critical of the service I receive. Accent Maid Service far exceeded my expectations! They were on site the day after I called. Not only that, but they cleaned every inch of my home from top to bottom in a very timely manner at an affordable rate. I highly recommend accent maid service to anyone that needs their home cleaned. I will definitely be calling them again very soon

Not impressed. Was supposed to do a deep clean in our office. Could have waved a magic wand and got more results. We terminated their services. Owner made all kinds of excuses why it wasn't done well. I will go with a more professional company. $148 poorer and lesson learned. She brought a swiffer cleaner with her. I should have known this wasn't going to work out well.

Love Accent Maid Service! I have been using this maid service for many years at multiple residences. After trying some of the bigger franchises I like that they are all very personable. I feel extremely comfortable inviting them into my home on a weekly basis. The women who clean always do a great job and will customize the job based on my needs. All I have to do is call the owner to specify, and I’m never left wanting more. I’ve used Accent before hosting parties and bringing home baby. I’ve also used them to clean my vacant home when moving. I recently moved into a home with a significant increase in square footage with added “high maintenance” fixtures and surfaces. The owner spoke with me at length in order to give me the most accurate quote for the job. They did such a great job on my new house that I thought I would write this review. I definitely feel like I’m in good hands! I have recommended to several friends who have also been pleased.

We have been using Accent Maid Service on a weekly basis for five years now. During that time we have had different ladies who have cleaned for us, but each of them has been excellent. Beside doing an excellent job of cleaning, each of them has been pleasant, reliable and honest.Accent Maid Service is run as a professional organization. If there is some sort of change due such as time of arrival or change of the person that will be cleaning that day they notify you of this. When our son and daughter-in-law moved to another city, Accent Maid Service provided a move out service in which they cleaned their home from top to bottom. It was excellent! It is also good to know that I don't have to worry about paying Social Security, etc. as I would if I were to hire someone on my own. This is all taken care of by Accent Maid Service.

I hired Accent Maids to come out and clean a filthy apartment I was getting ready to move into. They worked very well around my schedule and for that, I was pleased. However, there was a misunderstanding because it was much dirtier than they expected - so in return, it was not cleaned as I had expected. There was miscommunications on both ends and I was very unhappy at first, but they ended up giving me a full refund and made it right. Accent Maids seems to be a company that cares about their customers.

I was kind of pushed into hiring Accent Maids by my realtor, after we quickly sold our condo in Broad Ripple in March of 2011. They knew that they'd be working around carpet installers, and some moving mess, but my realtor really felt that a clean house was important as well. I left the cleaners a list of things I'd like done, and was outraged at how little was cleaned when I returned home. I'm talking Cheerios still on the floor, appliances ignored, and mirrors streaked. When I called to complain, I was told that it was just too difficult to clean around the other workers in the home at the same time. However, they happily took the $120 I had left and told me they would refund NONE of my money. It was pathetic! I'm not one to generally hire help, and I had been a little excited to have someone else do the work, but it was sooooooo not worth a single penny!

I tried out two different services, both corporate and private, and was unhappy with each. Accent Maid was the third service I tried. After the first visit, the difference was clear. The house smelled clean and look impeccable. From 2009-2011, I lived in Carmel and was very happy with the cleaning services Accent Maid was providing. In 2011, we moved to Brownsburg and I was disappointed to learn that Accent didn't typically travel that far to provide cleaning services. Again in Brownsburg I tried a different cleaning service. Again, I was disappointed. After several months of trying to coach the new cleaning technicians on what I desired, and each time becoming more frustrated, I reached out to Cheri, at Accent. I explained my situation, and she agreed to make it work for someone from her crew to come out to Brownsburg. That was in 2012. Since then, I have again been so pleased with the quality of cleaning services they have provided me. Cheri is very flexible. If I am having a party or some other reason that I need to change the date of my cleaning, she is always very accommodating to my needs. I've been using Accent Maid Service for about 10 years. I've used them at 3 of my own residences and for cleaning of rental condominiums I own between tenants. They always have done a great job. Cheri is always very accommodating when I have to switch cleaning days, and almost always gives me plenty of warning when she needs me to switch days. Her cleaning women are always very friendly and polite, even though I work from home and often require that they clean around my work papers and such. I highly recommend Accent Maid Service for their professionalism and quality of work.
