Our experience at Bill Smith Auto Parts with Unifirst has dramatically improved since I first began interaction with them in 2014. At that time we had many mishaps, but through many emails, meetings, and phone calls back and forth our business relationship became much better over the course of the next year. For the last 2 years our uniforms began to be delivered without a lot of mistakes anymore, they were actually few and far between. Through the hard work and determination of Josh, who is now management; and our current delivery person, Logan, things are really in top shape! Thanks for the much improved and continuing customer service!!

I signed a contract with UniFirst uniform last year. they told me if I want to cancel early I have to pay cancellation fee or buy the uniforms. the increased the prices by 12.5% in one month, so I told them I want to buy the uniforms and cancel the contract. they told me that I have to pay $4000 plus the price of the uniform. my advice to you, if you did not sign the contract yet, don't sign it. it is a trap.
