They were lifesavers through the whole process when I had a fire at my house. They were there before the fire department left the scene. Promptly boarded up what needed to be boarded up. When is was time to go through my belongings they were by my side helping me do my lists for insurance. They also worked directly with my state farm adjuster which made life a little easier in a hard time. I cannot say enough good things about the company and the people that i worked with. Thank you!

Servpro came to our rescue in May when our church was damaged from water during a heavy rainstorm. They were phenomenal! They came in, assessed the damage and started working right away. Servpro sent a great team of workers that knew exactly what to do to clean up our disaster. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained to us in detail the damage to our church and the process for restoring our sanctuary back to normal and kept us informed daily of the progress. They took care of everything down to the smallest detail. If we had questions or concerns they were very easy to get in touch with. Our worship space looks even better than before! This was my first experience with Servpro and it has left me extremely impressed! I would highly recommend them!

I have a townhouse I rent out, and received a call from my tenant stating they think there is a water leak. I arrived to find the upstairs bathroom flooded, which ran into the ceiling of the kitchen and then into the basement. Water on all three floors, and the kitchen ceiling about to fall. I called Servpro and talked with Bob. He had a crew onsite within an hour, going to work. There was substantial damage, the upstairs bathroom and kitchen both needed to be gutted, and the bathroom, kitchen and basement needed to be dried out The Servpro team communicated with me, the adjustor, and completed all their work in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and quick response. On a 2nd instance, I recommended Servpro to a friend who had a house fire. Nothing but positive comments back to me on Servpro and their team of professionals.

This is a real review by a real person, who needed help, and Servpro of Kankakee was amazing, they were prompt, curtious, efficient and thorough. Cleaning smoke damage is a tough task since the worst and often lingering damage is unseen. Bobby Nichols has a professional staff second or none, when you need this type of service, generally time is is of the essence. Do NOT hesitate call Servpro Immediately, they explained every step in the process. They clearly had our insurance conpany’s trust and respect, tremendously decreasing the stress of such an event. What could have been a nightmare, feels like it never happened today ! Thank you Bobby and your excellent crew !!

I've had Servpro do work in my home numerous times and they're always friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors and do. As for the negative review, is this the same E.Payne that works for their competition in town AND works for the Bradley Fire Department. Its doubtful most people would consider your negative review true or credible. Supporting locally owned businesses is important and keeping it positive and professional is too. Would 100% recommend! Bobby went above and beyond for me when I needed some possible asbestos checked out at a home I was buying. Not only did he inspect for possible asbestos, he inspected the roof without me even asking him to do so. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. Thank you, SERVPRO!

Horrible Company No respect for others or there property. Idiot employees can’t even load trucks properly. UPDATE TO GO WITH BUSINESSES RELY Called you guys directly May 19th after a house fire. You guys dumped the job off on another ServPro who claimed to be representing your office and we later found out was representing the Ottawa/Morris facility. Called you guys three additional times to get the work done and still to this day have never gotten a call back. To bad you don’t answer your phones as quick as you respond to Google Reviews!

Tearing out the damage went fine. But the reconstruction was a disaster. They hired one person to that was not qualified to do flooring or plumbing. Left the house very dirty with glue residue all over the new floor. Many other problems.

Had my sofas cleaned. It wasn't cheap but wasn't any more expensive than any other company. Nicole came at 9am and didn't leave until almost 3:30!! And the last couple hours she had someone helping her. She was VERY thorough and my sofas look beautiful for Christmas. I feel like I got my money's worth and she would not accept a tip!! Would use them again.

Fast, efficient and professional. Owners and employees took great pride in their work! A foot and a half of water in my finished basement, was a nightmare until they showed up. Everything is back to brand new, I could not be more pleased. I was even happier once I learned that the owners and all the employees are local people! Very pleased and I will definitely be contacting them if I ever need any other restoration work done :)

We have had several opportunities to use Servpro. These were all emergency situations when rapid reaction was needed to prevent further damage. In each and every case, they were extremely prompt in their response and professional in their handling of our issues. Not only were the field teams exceptional, but the office staff was equally professional in their handling of our situations.
