We are so thankful for all their expertise and quick service. No one wants to hear your house has water damage. When we heard the news we called our Ins. They referred Service Master. We have them a call. They were their within a few hours. They had our house cleaned up and the wet Sheetrock cut out the same day. Sent us pictures because We were away from home. We were amazed and was able to continue on with what we were doing . They stored our furniture and belongings until the restoration and remodel was over. Mason whom I’ve yet to meet was so sweet and patient with us . Very prompt to answer anytime We called. We thank God for people who are so great to work with.

A fantastic company! We were beyond satisfied with the service we received when our basement flooded. They were so helpful and accommodating. Everyone from the operator, scheduler, cleanup team were extremely timely, compassionate and very helpful during a stressful time. I appreciated the attention to detail and follow through. They were working around the clock and had to be exhausted, but they didn’t even show it. Would definitely recommend!!!

ServiceMaster Guarantee? On Nov 23, 2014 I had a water backup in my basement and State Farm Insurance sent ServiceMaster DSI to do mitigation. The crew chief was very nice and completed the job in 3 days after cutting the paneling two feet off the ground and installing dryers. State farm was billed $3,379.19 for this service. When the adjuster inspected the job he said "why didn’t they remove the entire paneling? The 2 foot cut applies to dry wall! Shortly after Christmas I had State Farm call Service Master to authorize them to finish the job. I also called and spoke to the Operations Manager Ubaldo who confirmed that State Farm spoke to him and that he would have someone call me to complete the requested. It is now mid-january and I am still waiting for this call --- I can’t believe that ServiceMaster would turn their back on a major client like State Farm Insurance. Their advertising states "We do it right. Guaranteed. That’s excellent service, from start to satisfaction. In everything we do, we pledge honesty, dependability and a job well done", next week will be 2 months since they entered my home and I am still waiting for them to honor this "Guarantee".

Our building caught fire and there was water damage down 5 or 6 floors afterward service masters obtained the bid after about a month of them constantly running their equipment on our electricity they decided what we tried to tell them in the first place that they needed to replace the drywall so we moved our stuff around as they requested once the drywall work began we moved into a hotel (thank god for insurance) however after a couple months they decided they needed to move our apartment out we were fine with that we had one request to be there when they packed our stuff they said we could and that they would pack on Monday so we show up Monday morning to do this and they had already emptied our apt without our consent they then took so long to complete the work we had to move out of the hotel and now that we are unpacking these boxes in our home it is clear it was a joke they destroyed a wedding photo and it seems they made a game out of how to most ridiculously pack our belongings and when you call they will not be bothered I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere

I have had the pleasure of using ServiceMaster DSI on several occasions during catastrophic failures at work. There is no better company to call when you get notified of a burst pipe in the middle of the night. Company management is super helpful, responsive and easily puts you at ease knowing your problems are in good hands. All repairs were completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Don't trust anyone else when disaster strikes, just call ServiceMaster DSI.

This was the most professional group of people I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them. So much care was given to our home by Octavian and the rest of the team that came to our home. They kept in contact with us through the entire process and were very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. Too bad I have to give 1 star because this crew doesn't deserve even 1 star. Waste of money and time. We let them go in middle of job based on their attitude and performance. Hire someone else or don't hire anyone but stay away from this company specially if you have commercial business to run.

Request additional quotes for services before approving Service Master DSI to begin work in your home or business. I recently approved Service Master DSI to remediate water damage in my home's basement. The process was smooth at first when I was speaking to the customer representative before I approved the remediation process begin. Service Master DSI began water remediation by removing drywall and placing fans on the floor. However, when mold was found, all work had to end until mold remediation would begin. I was ensured three times the procedures Service Master DSI were taking would resolve my mold issue and work resumed shortly thereafter. Service Master DSI does not test for mold - this led me to hire a third party to test the air quality in my basement. The test came back positive for three molds and the technician of the third party advised me not to live in my house due to the poor sanitation process performed by Service Master. I contacted Service Master DSI and air scrubbers were placed to clean the air. The third party mold company came back out to retest the air and advised we not retest due to the poor sanitation process performed by Service Master DSI. The walls and floors were not sanitized and this leads to future mold growth. I was shocked to see this since I was ensured multiple times my basement would be "fine" and "ready to use". Service Master DSI gave me the "ring around" and performed inadequate work, but charged me a lot of money for their poor service. I have attempted to communicate with the representative but those efforts did not lead to an amicable agreement. Think twice or three times before hiring Service Master DSI, my experience has left me frustrated and disappointed in their effort. Looking back, I should have hired the third party mold company. I hope this review helps with other customer's future choices.

We had a great overall experience with ServiceMaster when our basement flooded and we needed everything replaced!! They were prompt & professional throughout the whole process. I had one contact the entire time who walked us through every step. They quickly replaced the damaged areas, repaired the pipe that caused the damage, installed new drywall, carpet & paint. We will use them again if needed.

I've used ServiceMaster before and was very pleased with Jocelyn and her crew, they did a great job cleaning up. So when my basement flooded again, I did not hesitate to to reach out to them and was equally pleased with the work Roberto and his team did. And I wont think twice to call ServiceMaster if my basement floods again. Fingers Crossed, that I wont.
