They Sell an Awesome Vacum! Do you settle for nothing less than the best? You should call Sharon for a demonstration. Thats right, they will actually bring a unit to you and demonstrate it in your home! I think that says a lot about their product. Call Sharon at the office right here in Gurnee and she will set your appointment at a time that is best for you! Absolutely AWESOME Customer Service/Sales staff too! Tell her "Taxi Jeff" referred you!

My Kirby failed a couple weeks ago. After our local repair shop closed I searched out for other nearby vacume repair shops. First took.it to a shop in Waukegan where we were treated rudely and disrespectfully and was told it could not be fixed but if it could be, the part alone would cost 200.00. I called a shop in Racine to inquire about what they thought of my problem. The woman was so incredibly rude, I thought even if her shop was next door I would not take my business there. The search continued. So I found the shop in Gurnee where the service was second to none. Not only was it repaired, but turned up and working as it did 30 years ago when I first purchased it. AND the cost for the original repair, a replacement for another piece AND a tune up was $58.00! The fella gave great advice and explained the details of what the problem was. My search has ended for a good vacume service and product shop. I will be taking my Kirby to this shop for all my tune ups, repairs and purchases. I am a total believer in shopping local and shopping small. KIRBY COMPANY OF GURNEE, you are an exemplary small business and I commend and thank you. Maria Caravati
