Great company and awesome service! I was in Chicago helping my cousin move into her new place and the carpet was really filthy and stained. From the looks of it, the previous renters didn't care much for cleaning the carpet for many many years. So we did some searching and luckily found Chicago's Green Carpet Cleaning! They were so accommodating and the whole process was hassle-free. Carpet care is definitely their specialty because they did a fantastic job! The dark stains were completely gone and the carpet looked fresh and clean. Their service was quick and super efficient too. To anyone to needs a reliable carpet cleaning service in Chicago - these guys are the plug! Definitely worth the money and I highly recommend.

This cleaning service company is honestly phenomenal. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and prompt. It is really hard to find parking spot in my area, but they came in early just for that. Kudos! They came in all equipped with cleaning supplies and gears. I booked them for an hour and they nailed it! I also want to say that Anna did a really good job managing the team. She was the head housekeeper for that group. Overall, great teamwork. They knocked off everything on the cleaning checklist. I was actually surprised given the timeframe. I will definitely be booking another appointment. The pricing is worth it too. I highly recommend it. They're flexible with the time too.

You don’t receive much for your money. I have a 1300sf 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, one cleaner arrived and was here for an hour and 45 minutes. I had to vacuum our sofa and staircase, clean the top of our stove, and take out the trash in the master closet myself. I also don’t think the stairs were mopped. The dishes were clean but left in the sink. I don’t recommend using this service.

Absolutely would hire Karen's Green Maids again. I ended up calling them because I found mouse droppings in my home after a ten day vacation away and needed a deep clean. They sent someone over the next morning, who showed up right on time and stayed for three hours. When I came home, my house was impeccable and spotless. Definitely recommend! So affordable!

I am really upset with the transparency of this company. They advertised hourly cleaning rates and I had been using their services as LUISA is a fantastic cleaning woman.. but after my fourth visit they let me know that the promotion had ended.. I was really confused seeing as no one ever told me their hourly cleaning rates were a promotion to begin with and that now they would be charging me a flat rate fee of over $180.. I laughed at this because when Luisa was coming she would often spend maybe two hours just tidying around certain areas of my house which is why the hourly rate was great! This company should really be up front and state at the beginning of services that they don’t actually offer hourly cleaning rates.. very annoying and cancelled services immediately. The only reason they receive two stars is because their worker is fantastic. I don’t recommend this company.. there are plenty of other companies who stand by their hourly rates of 40-50 an hour with a two hour minimum.. look elsewhere if this is what you need Stephanie Munoz

I hired Karen's Green Maid service last minute for a move out clean. I got an incredible rate of $25/hour, and Luisa Rivera who was my cleaner did an incredible job. She left my house looking spotless, wiping down every surface diligently and with care. I would highly recommend this service, especially Luisa!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. I JUST GOT A 40% UPCHARGE ON MY LAST CLEANING SERVICE WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED. I WAS A LOYAL MONTHLY CUSTOMER FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND THIS IS HOW I WAS TREATED, SO I WOULDN’T SIGN UP TO USE THEM. I CALLED THEM TO REVERSE THE UPCHARGE OR NEGOTIATE NEW RATES AND THEY REFUSED. BE WARNED THEY ARE AWFUL. ALSO I SAW THEY WERE ACTUALLY PAYING PEOPLE FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS, SO DONT BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS.

This company is awesome. They're an apartment move out cleaning service, which I really needed since I was moving out. The house cleaners were very accommodating and did a great job cleaning without missing a spot.I was mostly impressed with my bathroom. That's the messiest spot in my place. The sinks are stained and the shower had a lot of residue. There was a team of maids and they worked on my large bathroom really fast. It was spotless and it barely took them any time at all. I was very impressed. Now it's my favorite spot in my house haha. Besides that, I thought the house cleaners were very nice. They didn't get too close into anyone's personal space, but they were still trustworthy. Kelly was our main maid. She was such a sweetheart! I'll definitely hire them again.
