Carpets look great! I would definitely use Green Emerald Chem Dry again. Eli did an amazing job his partner called out today so he was alone. He was very professional and very thorough. I have used many carpet cleaners in the past Sears, Servicemaster, Stanley Steamer and Howells to name a few. I was never happy with their results. I have finally found one I will stick with that does a great job and are reasonably priced.

They were fantastic to work with, and the carpets smell so fresh. I'm going to have them come back to do our master bedroom and downstairs apt... just to get it smelling good, even though we are getting new carpeting in 2 months. Can't stand the smell

We had a great experience with Green Emerald. Chad was wonderful to work with, kind and easy to have in our home- which was a huge challenge with 4 young kids. He got stains out of our dining room carpet that I thought would never come out! Our carpets are clean and fresh without a chemical smell. I’d recommend him again and again!

Fast response to online form, schedualed appoitnemt for the next day, showed up on time and the carpets look great! After my previous preferred carpet cleaner went out of business I did some research on different types of carpet cleaning methods. The Chem-Dry method is the best IMO. Will be using Green Emerald exclusively for now on!

My cats decided that they didn't need to use their litter box any more. Green Emerald came in and cleaned my carpets and the smell was gone! They took the time to use a black light to find all of the spots and treat them specifically instead of just a quick clean of the whole room and hoping to get rid of or just cover the smell. Great job fellas!

The techs were very nice and with us for a little over an hour. They did their best to clean our very old and dirty wall-to-wall carpeting. They moved some furniture but not all. Just be specific as to what you want moved. Overall, nice job. I’d recommend them again.

Franchise owner spent a couple of hours cleaning several leather chairs and two couches, one cloth and one leather. The cloth couch still has stains on the back and on the cushions. The leather chairs and couch weren't cleaned well at all. We had to clean them ourselves to make sure they were done right, after paying $460. Asked the owner to come back and fix the problems, but he never showed up at the scheduled time and didn't call. Would never use again.

Chad and Chuck were wonderful. Extremely professional yet easy going and approachable. We had carpets cleaned, pet stains removed, and couch cleaned... and everything came out looking brand new. These guys are perfect. Extremely reasonably priced also. Call them now!

We had guest coming from out of town and our elderly pup made they second floor smell so bad and I mean bad. On top of that the previous owners let there two dogs do thier business all over the house. I called one company but would only quote over the phone a guesstimate which could change. I called Green Emerald explained my emergency and he was out to quote within two hours. He was so professional, explained exactly what they would do and gave me a written quote right then and there. He moved a lot of other customers around because of my emergency and was out the very next day. They worked extremely hard for over four hours. They cleaned our carpets, a mattress, grout and tile. Everything smells beautiful, clean and I cannot say enough. I highly recommend to all and pricing is fair. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We bought a new house with A LOT of carpet and wanted it professionally cleaned before our stuff arrived. Green Emerald worked with our schedule and arrived just hours after our closing to clean the carpets. Their service was fast and efficient, yet very thorough. They went over the carpet multiple times until the water ran clean. The carpets smelled and looked fantastic upon completion and they were able to get the majority of the stains out.

I had four bedrooms and our carpeted basement and stairs cleaned, and they did a great job, esp since we've had the carpeting a long time and it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The fellas who came were super polite and industrious, and great about answering questions. There was no strong fragrance with the cleaners, which is a huge plus for me. I thought the pricing was reasonable and the results very good. I would definitely recommend Green Emerald and would use them again myself.

I have used Green Emerald twice now, and have been very happy with the results. I have cheap commercial-grade carpeting that is going on 10 years old and they manage to make it look brand-new again. The carpet has survived a child, a dog, and countless gatherings. I've also used them to clean upholstery and they did a fabulous job - I have a beige linen blend couch, and all the dirt came right out of it with no damage to the fabric. I use this company because they are GREEN. I don't want my dog walking on chemicals and then licking her paws after. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
