Really happy with Tatiana. The feeling of a clean home as well as less stress for the next 7-14 days is priceless. She went above and beyond and our place is absolutely spotless, even our hard to clean gym mats. The admin side of things was unorganized at first with signing and getting charged etc, but now I have faith going forward this is a great quality service thanks to Tatiana.

We have had Glenda clean our house twice now. She does a great job and gets 5 stars. Our house is clean, the counters sparkle, and I like that the products used do not leave a chemical smell. We had another company clean our house before and it is cleaner now than with the previous cleaners! When initially scheduling, I found it a bit challenging to communicate with the company; which is why this review is 4 instead of 5 stars. I had a complex schedule for the first cleaning (I like to be home the first time) and was initially told that it wouldn't be a problem but when we actually got to scheduling, I was told that we were a bit outside their regular area and that it was a challenge with my schedule. I also repeatedly indicated my preference for email or text communication and kept getting phone calls. I was very clear that I am not able to respond to calls during my work hours but Jack did not respect/remember this. I also found it a bit odd that the company called during the first cleaning to see how things were going. Some may think that is friendly/good customer service. I personally did not. Ongoing scheduling is a breeze and all done electronically, which is a huge bonus for me.

I had a wonderful experience with Fresh Tech! My wife and I moved into our new home a little less than a year ago, and we wanted to get our home deep-cleaned. I reached out to several companies, and I decided to go with Fresh Tech because of the customer service I received. I spoke to Rachel, and she was awesome. She was friendly and professional and she thoroughly explained the company and their cleaning process. I immediately booked a cleaning, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. On the day of our cleaning, Jasmine and Alexis showed up on time and were super friendly. I showed them my place, and I asked them to focus on a couple of areas. I had to leave to go to work, and I asked them to contact me when finished. They contacted me after the cleaning was finished, and a couple of hours later I arrived at a wonderfully clean home. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by the cleaning, and we decided to set up continual cleaning appointments. Jasmine came back yesterday for our second appointment, and she did another wonderful job! I would highly recommend this company!

I had a near disastrous situation and Fresh Tech Maid's exceptional customer service really saved me! Take a breath and enjoy my story: My new apartment lease was to start on a Monday morning, and I scheduled Fresh Tech Maid to come on that Monday morning at 9am. The landlord informed me the previous tenant would move out by Sunday. So Sunday afternoon I went to check the progress of the move-out and found the previous tenant sitting in the living room happily watching TV with a living room full of stuff!!! She casually said she would move out tomorrow (Monday) morning by noon. Which meant there was no way I could have the Fresh Tech Maid come and had to reschedule. Sunday 4pm I started frantically calling, texting, emailing Fresh Tech Maid, knowing that the chances of replying were slim since usually businesses are closed on Sundays. The hassle of rescheduling was extremely stressful as it was holiday/busier week, so hotel prices were higher than usual too (I was planning to have some family move in the Monday after the cleaning). Amazingly Sue actually answered my text!!! She immediately notified the maids, and started calling clients that had Monday afternoon cleanings to switch with me. After many exchanges, she found a client that was able to switch with me. The feeling of relief and gratefulness was something I'll remember for the rest of my life! Remember it was a Sunday afternoon! How many other businesses could reply to you within 30 minutes, and spend a few hours helping you resolve a problem on a Sunday afternoon?!! Monday afternoon two Fresh Tech Maids arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning with de-ionized water, totally toxic free, great for my young children. It was a 1100 sqft apartment and they cleaned the blinds and cabinets, which a lot of other cleaning services don't do. They spent about 3 hours. High recommended!!

You are taking an expensive risk if you use this company. The cleaning I got left off many items the company’s website guarantees on “what’s included”. No baseboard or cob web removal at all, many surfaces went uncleaned, did not clean the outside of appliances and did not clean the microwave. Customer service offered to have someone come out in a couple days, but I’m hosting Thanksgiving and had to finish the job myself. They refused any refund despite an incomplete job.

We used fresh tech maids in August and then had one of their techs Alexis return last weekend. While we liked the company and appreciated the first cleaners, we found some areas that were missed and hadn't realized the environmentally free cleaning did not include soap. We have a toddler, so mopping with iodized water isn't enough for us and kitchen floors still seemed dirty. Fresh Tech offered us 2 hours of complimentary services and we thought Alexis was very thorough and worked hard to get the job done. We provided cleaning supplies, so I would recommend that if you're looking for what we needed.

We have two dogs which she happily worked with and did a fantastic job cleaning our apartment. We toured together and she let me detail the things I needed done most.
