Worst customer service ever! 1. Signed an agreement after saying I do not want a contract - the guy said it would only be a formality to start service Ended up signing a contract for 3 years And never received a copy of the agreement. 2. It took them 4 month to install the equipment after calling them again and again they finally apologies and said they would deliver the next day 3. Deliver all my paper goods to a store 3 doors down 4, called and emailed to complain about the terrible service it took the 3 months to get back to me 5. Now terminating contract early and have to pay $610 DO NOT WORK WITH CINTAS

Company is inept. Lock you into long term contracts. Can change pricing terms whenever they choose. When you try to change services it always takes an extra month or two. Services provided aren't always ful-filled. From top to bottom company stink. Like literally stinks. I had to breath through my mouth. But seriously, you are better off buying your own products to maintain them. Its way cheaper in the long run.

Pitiful and overpriced are generous terms to describe Cintas. Be warned, they're litigious and hide behind their "contracts" instead of working hard to compete on price and service like the rest of the civilized world. Their driver sneaked behind the owner's back and got an hourly receptionist to sign the contract and then sued to enforce it. It got tossed out of course but not after incurring legal costs.

I'm very disappointed. I went to the "Uniform Store" at Elmwood, found out there's no store. If you are an individual and want to buy a uniform or anything from them, you have to go online and order it, that's what the lady in the office told me. I was expecting a real store, where you can go and buy what you need. Disappointment is the right word; I won't even bother to buy online.

This is an industrial laundry facility. Parking lot is overflowing, the little league baseball field is here too. Closed on weekends, but running during the week.

Read the contract. Its 5 years. If you cancel they will sue you. They are a terrible company with terrible ethics. Stay away. I gave them 3 years of loyal business and they now want to sue me for the final 2.

I extremely hate this place!!! They have matching operating at 4:00am every weekday morning and are making significantly loud noise. I am posting this review at 5:00am since I was woke up by the noise and could not went back to sleep for one hour.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, have been waiting 2 months for my uniforms, i finally get pants and then when I turn them in they don’t bring them back but they still charge my work for them. Now I’m stuck using my own pants and shirts. Mind you I’m a mechanic. I don’t recommend Cintas.
