When we bought our house a couple of years ago the carpet was really dirty and stained. We had Stanley Steemer come out and after seeing the carpet they said a lot of the stains probably wouldn't come out, which they didn't. We had planned to get the floors replaced by now, but never got around to it. We are having people over tomorrow and decided last minute to get the carpets cleaned again, they are light in color and got dirty over the past couple of years. We tried to schedule with Stanley Steemer and they couldn't come today, thankfully! We decided to look for another company and found Chem-Dry. They were able to come today (the next day) and did such a fantastic job! Wesley and JD were super friendly and thorough. My husband and I were blown away at how great the floors looked. They even got out ALL of the stains that Stanley Steemer said wouldn't come out.

So I used this company to clean my carpets about a week ago and they did an amazing job...I decided to go with them again to clean a sectional couch for me that had gotten wet along the bottom from a minor water issue..I called and asked the cost to clean a 3pc sectional and I was told 130..I said ok let me get back with you...I called the next day and asked the same question..how much to clean a 3pc sectional and I was told 140..I said ok and set my appt up for 08-30-18 @ 1pm...Not only did they show up 15 mins late they began to measure the sectional and told me the total would be 160.....here it is the same question was asked 3x and I was given 3 different totals..I was never told that they charge 12.00 per ft...if I hadve been I would not have had a problem paying anything..Its the principle of the fact that I had just used their services and I felt their customer service should've been a lot better with me wanting to use them again..there was never an apology for them being 15 min late nor was there any type of apology for me receiving 3 different prices for the same job..All Im saying is if you choose to use Chem Dry's services make sure you get an accurate price and the name of who you speak with because as you can see they are capable of making up prices as they go!!!!..Also they were told to leave and other cleaning services were called!...I would like to say Thank You to Mike, he responded back quickly to rectify the situation..JD and Tyler did an amazing job on my sectional...I will definitely use them again!

I have ceramic tile in my kitchen that was so dirty that the grout was no longer the original color. The ChemDry techs got it so clean that it looks brand new. They also cleaned carpet and a sofa that the dogs love to jump on with their muddy paws. They did a wonderful job. I will never use another carpet cleaning service.
