Chem-Dry of Central Illinois was recommended to me by a friend that also has a houseful of pets and people. I have since used Chem-Dry of Central Illinois before and will again. Todd and team arrive promptly at the scheduled time. Walk through the house with me and listen to where I am having problems with stains and odors. He searches and finds the problems and treats them thoroughly. The cleaning is done completely and quickly. These old carpets always look and smell wonderful again. It is so much better than what I can do with a grocery store rental machine and the carpets dry much more quickly.
