Chris, thanks for coming out and Identifying the issues with my sewer line. Plumber told me I needed to replace the entire sewer line. Chris hydro jetted the sewer line and saved me thousands of dollars. Strongly recommend this business to anyone. They are honest and fair.

Our drains started backing up when I called All Around, they were very responsive and got out quickly to determine the problem (roots by inlet) and addressed the issue. The workers were very friendly and informative and answered all of our questions. We'll definitely be using them again.

We had a good experience, and the price was more than fair. We will certainly use them again if we have additional septic issues. We had an offset septic pipe outside of the house that was causing backup. They did a good job of identifying and locating the problem by scoping the line. The owner and the technician, both Chris, were especially knowledgeable. Due to bad weather at the time they had to wait about a week to make it out to dig, but were back when it dried up and made the repair. In the interim, the owner even came out on an emergency call on a Sunday to do a temporary rodding of the line so that we could make it through until they made the repair. They also did a nice job leveling out the yard and landscaping area where they dug. It is too bad others have had issues with communication and response - something the company should definitely work on, but otherwise, I have only good feedback about their work and they were more than pleasant to deal with.

Chris came out twice to look at my septic field, we spoke about putting a new system in, my current system is 42 years old. I really liked him, he spoke about a new system in detail, I was looking forward to working with him. He suggested a soil test, referred me to someone, I had that done and sent it to him for feedback. He said, 'I will call you tomorrow'. Never heard from him again. I called several times, emailed a couple of times. No response. This was in May / June time frame, so I figured he was busy, and waited until July / August. Still nothing. A normal business person / professional would call back, and at least leave a message saying, 'I am so busy I can't even think about you right now, it will be months, or I can't take you on', or whatever, give some level of an explanation, especially when you have suggested someone do a soil test. 5 months went by and he was still missing in action. This type of sporadic behavior is by far the biggest challenge with having a septic field. Just finding guys who know what they are doing and are professional is the more than a little difficult. It causes me to think, how reliable would they be in the actual install?

Called All Around Pumping Service when we started having some plumbing issues. They came out, pumped our septic tank and said they would have a truck with a camera come by later in the afternoon. After waiting over 4 hours for someone to come, I called their number. Nobody answered the phone. NOBODY EVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. I had to reseal my septic tank myself to prevent anyone/anything from falling in. Called several times over the next week, nobody ever returned my calls. Exactly one week later to the day, I received an invoice and the due date was two days earlier than the date I received the invoice! A terrible way to run a business. Now I will have to hire another company to come out and finish the job because they never did. I will never use this company again, and will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know. If you want a job done well, and finished, do NOT use All Around Pumping Service!
