I wish I listened to the other reviews - Do not use this service. I requested a move-in clean and nothing was cleaned that I requested. Now I am here with all my boxes and having to clean everything myself before I can unpack because it wasn’t done. I feel cheated and scammed out of 300+ dollars. Go somewhere else.

A couple years ago I moved into a large, vintage style apartment. I love my home but I've never felt able to get it as clean as I'd like, no matter the hours I spend scrubbing. I decided on a whim several months ago to try out AccessMaids, and I have truly been impressed with their service. I opted for the "Spring Cleaning" service and had two maids here for two hours. When I came home the apartment was cleaner than I ever could've imagined. Nearly everything was spotless and sparkling! AccessMaids makes it very easy to book services online on their website and provide good communication. Before my first appointment I received text messages when the maids were en route and also when they were nearly finished cleaning. In my own professional work, I don't enjoy others watching my every move and making me feel like I'm on stage, so I try to respect the maids and allow them to have the apartment to themselves while they are here. They have been extremely professional and courteous. English is not their primary language but they are able to communicate and understand whatever I ask/say. The second time I didn't receive these texts, but that's OK, they were on time! When reading over some of these reviews, I feel others may have unrealistic expectations. My home as a whole has been spotless both times; with maybe only one or two spots that were "missed." I will continue to use AccessMaids on a regular basis and recommend them to friends.

Very reliable and trustworthy. Love that they make the beds, since a back injury prohibits lifting mattresses to change sheets. Have used them for regular and deep cleanings and both have been what I'd consider average, although some teams (we get 2 maids/2 hours for our house) have really gone above and beyond. I'll continue to use them because I feel I'm getting a good value for my money.

Maids were good but as they don't speak english it was difficult to communicate. The maids were good and did a good job but the person who was coordinating was a jerk. When I asked for how much money do I need to pay..He tried to charge me for double the time and when I asked for breakout he said he needs to check and also talked to the the maid for 15 mins and he added the bill for those 15 mins for 2 maid to my bill and when I did not agree he was rough. Will never recommend the service.

After over 6 months of monthly cleaning, I think they are pretty great for the two main reasons: 1. Everything is online and super easy to manage. The whole user interface is clear and friendly. I get an email notice three days in advance, so I could have some time to reschedule if needed. There is a section where you can put instructions, so I put how to enter, where the disposal is, what to do with changed linen, etc over there, and I think they do read them. I got phone calls first one or two times when they had trouble opening door/finding where the garbage disposal is, but no calls thereafter. I don't like phone calls so this is my favorite thing about accessmaids. 2. It's really clean. You can leave notes on the website on where to clean. The one thing I like, is they scrub my sinks every time.... It's not fun to clean the cast iron sink so I really appreciate that. Two caveats: 1. They sometimes arrive before the arrival window. Sometime there is a text, sometimes not. If you are just out all day, this should be fine. If not, be prepared for the possibility of them showing up 30mins before the arrival window starts. 2. They may not be very attentive to your arrangements of bedsheets/floor mats. We appreciate they make up the bed, but we usually needs to spend some time to rearrange it since it's different. They have their way of making bed and they don't pay attention to how the bed was made before. For the floor mats, if you have several lying around in the room, since they take the mats out to clean the room, those little floor mats may be rearranged. I think overall, I am very happy with the accessmaids.

The move out cleaning service that I ordered was completely unsatisfactory. Many of the specific request that I picked out on their menu such as cleaning the baseboard, wall, door frame, light switches, blinds, the closet, dog hair, tile were NEVER DONE. The cost of the service was $312 ($40/hr, 2 hours and 50 mins with 2 people) and honestly i truly believe they spent about 30 mins in my apartment and that was it. I emailed and called the company immediately after I have received the poor service. However 8 hours later, they charged my credit card. I further emailed them and then they said they want to make up for the service 2 days later but it was too late I had already need to hand the keys to my tenant. I followed up again and demanded a full refund. They said that they don't offer refund due to their terms and condition and said "Please note all unpaid invoices are sent to the 3rd party for collection." (see screenshots below) I totally felt that was a threat. Good luck with you all using Access Maid.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. They don't follow instructions, which were written for them in advance of them coming as well as in person, and they BREAK EXPENSIVE THINGS! They broke our glass shower door and closet door. When we told them about it, they pretty much shrugged it off and refused to apologize or do anything about it. The maids they send barely speak English, so they don't understand instructions, and they don't dust properly. I tried to give them several times to do better, but this is an unprofessional company. This is one of the worst maid companies in the city and I advise you pass it up.

My experience was HORRIBLE. They were there all of 30 minutes. Cleaned the dishes only and swept the kitchen. On the confirmation email it directed me to look over the information to make sure that everything I asked for was correct. I noticed that they only had 1 level marked to be cleaned when it should’ve been 3. When I sent an email to correct the error, I got no response back. I would never recommend them to anyone.

These guys are reliable and trustworthy. I've been using them on and off since 2016. They'll fold your laundry, do your dishes, base boards, they bring all of their own stuff (vacuum included) and they don't charge you for parking. They spend so much time on the bathroom and kitchen, truly the most exhausting parts of the job. I would highly recommend, but don't wait until the last minute to book, these guys do get busy.

Time to look for a new cleaning crew -- I've been using Access Maids for a number of years now. Today (11/22/16) I had an appointment for 2pm, which they ended up no-showing. After several attempts to call for an ETA, I got through the line and the gentleman indicated their system never notified them of the appointment. I made the appointment the night before (which I have done in the past), nearly 14 hours before the appointment time. Their site indicates 24/7 booking ("Online orders accepted 24/7"), and I did receive an email confirmation. When I spoke to the guy, he apologized and indicated I could reschedule for Friday (11/25/16). I needed them to come prior to Thanksgiving. He only offered a 15% discount on the rescheduling, even though their Terms of Service indicates: 9. Complaints A. You agree to inform AccessMaids Inc within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided. B. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re cleaning." When asked why it wouldn't be a no charge, he stated because no one ever came out; which was the problem in the first place! Given I received a confirmation number and they were a no-show, I'd expect a better response to their customer base, particularly as a customer that has used their services for many years.

Efficient, clean, organized, on time, well priced, and polite. I tried Access maids for the first time about a year ago, and I was impressed with their work. I get the same cleaner each time because it's easier for me and she already knows how I want the place cleaned and how I like it to be done. The first time I wanted to hire someone, I called in, just to ask a few question. The customer service is great! If I ask a question, I would like for it to be answered. After the first call. i began to book online, which saves lots of time, especially when I'm at work. The company never pushes up on you to have a cleaning. Although, I'm sure if you wanted a cleaning every other week, same day, time, and person, they can do that for you. I never have any problems. The thing that I like the most of all, is the company has workers that have eyes for details. Even if I don't say what needs to be cleaned ( for instance a mark on my glass table), the cleaner will clean it! Overall, I would recommend Access Maids to anyone.

Most mediocre cleaning services I had ever paid. I feel I got robbed $125 dollars + I left $25 dollars tip. I have pictures but can't upload them. Every single piece of furniture was dusty as hell, you could see they only dusted the front area, front area. The kitchen floor had stains spots and crumbs in every corner. I paid extra for the bathroom antibacterial treatment and when I came back home there was hair (my wife and from my shaving) in the tub, sink and I won't even mention behind the toilet. The porch was exactly the way I left it, they didn't took the trash out. And I could keep going but you have the idea. I wrote an email to the support group and the told me they will send someone again without charge, they gave us a few options and we picked Monday 18 and the window time was from 11:30 to 4pm, we both work, so I spoke with my mother in Law and she made arrangements in her part time job so she could be home for "Accessmaids", after almost 5 hours waiting for them, I got an email at 4pm telling me they just saw my replay, from 3 days ago, and they were not going to make it. WHAT??? After missing a work day because in first place you did a nasty job?? IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

These two lovely ladies came in like a tornado of Windex, Pine Sol, mops and paper towels and had my place sparkling in less than 2 hours. I apologize for not remembering their names (my weakness), they were so very pleasant. Only problem i have now is...the place is TOO CLEAN! My parents will definitely know something is fishy when they find the house in this too clean of a condition :-)

Horrible service! Very disappointed! Go someplace else!! The first time I used them, they did a good job, even though communication was very difficult, because their English was not great. Two people two hours, for the deep clean I asked for, whole house. The second time, I was very disappointed. They left some sort of sticky brown substance dripped on my bathmat and down the hall on my carpets. I still can't get it out, and will have to have it professionally cleaned. Furthermore I asked for a light cleaning, and told them not to do the bedrooms. They did not do the bedrooms, you could see where the vacuum stopped at the doors. All this and charged the same 2 people for 2 hours....how? When they emailed me the survey, I filled it out completely, and heard nothing back from the company, they obviously care nothing about customer service! I'll be going back to Molly Maids. I had great service, time and again with them.

Because the maids don’t speak English, I got a very hard time to communicate with them. I had to call the manager, giving him instruction and letting him translate to them. I only want them to clean my refrigerator, so I put this massage on my reservation and told them to only work on my refrigerator when they arrived. But they started to clean the other part of my home when I went out to carry my cat to the animal hospital (I asked how many hours they need for the refrigerator but they didn’t understand me. They answered me the time they need for cleaning the whole place). Finally they charged me all the hours they worked at my home even though I didn’t want them to do that. For trying to clean more space, they even opened one of my locked bedrooms. I did not know how they did that but got shocked when I came back. They refused to negotiate the cost with me and left. Finally, the refrigerator was not cleaned well.
