David came to clean our carpets, he called just as they promised before he arrived. He explained some of our problem areas to me. He did a great job our carpets look great. I mosdid read most of the reviews beforehand and I was happy to have read how soft their carpet was afterward. Ours however was left a bit Crunchy. We waited 5-6 hours before walking on them to ensure that they were dry. Hopefully over time the crunchy feeling will go away after walking on them and vacuuming them.

Called to schedule appointment & the ladies who answer the phones were friendly & professional. I was using a coupon, so she explained how they work as a company, fees, restrictions on Square feet per room etc... The staff who came out to the house were more than on time, they were early! Friendly & professional as well. It took them about 1 hour to clean the areas. Used several large fans to start the drying process. It took a few hours after they left for the carpet to completely dry & the carpet didn't feel crunchy afterwards, which I have experienced with other companies. This second time I have used their service. I have over 900 sq ft of Travertine tile. I was ready to tear it because I could never get grout clean . This also means other companies no success. Our experience with service technician Zach was: Professional Very knowledgable Friendly Efficient (3-1/2 hours for service, 1400 sq ft home but 1/2 was hard wood and tile) Timely Courteous The treatment was as expected - 2nd time we've used Zerorez. Spendy but worth it if you have carpet, as carpet is the lair of all things evil that help cause respiratory and cancerous ailments. We did the standard micro seal and so far is living up to the billing. Until I can rip this lightly if at all trafficked & only 2-1/2 year old carpet out and replace with hardwood or tile, Zerorez will likely be our default go-to. No disgusting chemical further cancer causing residue or odor.

I think I would have gotten an estimate before scheduling an appointment. It cost me $ 357 to clean two rooms and a little hallway. I know it was do to the amount of dog urine, but still that is alot of money for a small area (living room and tiny bedroom do to the bed and dresser). Although the communication between him and the office was not totally correct. I decided to add the stairs to the project. I knew it would cost more. And he quoted me how much more it would cost. Arrived on time, discussed problem areas. Technician listened to my concerns and we discussed solutions. He was quite knowledgeable and polite. Had 3 rooms, stairs, and upstairs hall cleaned. They brought a fan to start the downstairs living room drying, while doing the upstairs. When finished he asked me to review cleaning. There was one small spot which he cleaned with the equipment. Was impressed that he didn't just squirt solution and blot it. He actually brought the cleaning equipment back in and cleaned it. Came clean in a flash. One drawback, I asked for an itemized bill of charges and as of today (3wks +) have not received.
