We were busy so it seemed like a good idea to start service with UniFirst but they brought product when we didn't need it...and sent the contract for towels and toilet paper 2 months after we had them in our office and had written on the contract that it was a 36 month agreement, CPI for price increases. THEN after a year of discontinued services sent a bill for $124.05 with no description so I called to see what it was for "Lost Product" So when I asked them to discontinue service and pick up the dispensers a year ago I guess they became LOST but they were able to generated a bill to the address the dispensers are located- WOW! BEWARE!

What a nightmare to get a hold of. Call in the morning and they may return your call in the next couple of days. Try to cancel anything and they will never call you back. Really frustrating experience.
