Had my first deep clean with the cleaning authority and on the list of everything that was supposed to be clean only thing I really noticed that was clean was inside of my microwave and my faucets were wiped, there was still lots of dust on the counters and on my light fixtures. My oven was still dirty and my sink still had a little bit of food in it.. not worth 195$ I could have done a way better job. Cancelled my cleanings

I used Cleaning Authority for several months. I’m a busy mom of 5 and a teacher. My kids are involved in a lot of extracurricular activities and I was excited to have something taken off my plate every other week. However, Cleaning Authority was a big disappointment. I DID call once about the lack of really deep cleaning (they missed a whole bathroom even) and they just said they would catch it next cleaning. They would surface clean, but as far as getting down low and really deep cleaning they were never great. However, I am busy and even though they weren’t great I figured it was still helpful. I would just clean what they missed or it wouldn’t be done till another cleaning. I’ve had cleaners before. I hired privately, not through a company. The experience was night and day different. My previous cleaners would always do a good job and never complained. They would work around clutter and would always get the job done. Cleaning Authority cleaners would leave notes almost every single time about why they couldn’t do this or couldn’t do that. I.e We couldn’t clean the bath tub because someone (the kids) didn’t drain it.” Or we couldn’t put garbage bags in, because the box hadn’t been where they thought it would be. (I looked once I got home and it was right there in my pantry on the floor and with very little effort could have been found-it had a paper towel roll knocked on top of it) SO I started just putting the box on the floor next to the trash can. Then there “we tried to clean the counters the best we could but there was stuff on them.” Lastly, the puppy pooped in the floor in the living room. THEY left it there and vacuumed around it. So it took me 10 secs. To grab the dried poop and flush it. I could understand if it’d been mushed into the carpet or something, but our tiny chihuahua puppy doesn’t make a big mess. Anyway, it got to where they were adding more stress than it was worth. I FINALLY cancelled. I should have done it a LONG time ago.

The house was spotless by the time they finished, and they even liked my dog, which scored them serious extra points. We've been using The Cleaning Authority for awhile now and things have been hit or miss. They bring a checklist of what their going to do and they seem to miss things often. I'm not sure if it's because it's a new set of people almost every time they clean but it gets a little annoying. TLDR - They missed a lot This last cleaning nothing was very good. Their checklist was a deep clean of my living room. They didn't dust anything it seems. They always forget to wipe the baseboards, return air intake, fireplace, etc... The basement bedroom didn't even look like it was cleaned. Anyway, this wouldn't be so bad but when we decide to bring this up to the manager she fights with us. Even when we provide pictures she tells us we're wrong. We have an issue where they'd text us a time when they will show up. They were never came anywhere near that time. When I brought this up with Peggy she's very argumentative. Summary: Our experience has been very hit or miss. The leadership seems to be inexperienced at setting and meeting expectations they set. You pretty much have to fight to get an inch even with pictures to avoid an argument. Last but not least.... Why am I going to fight with someone I'm paying to provide a service. We've changed to another company. So much for 100% satisfaction guaranteed...
