The moment we detected an issue, I called SERVPRO. They came out right away! They were thorough and very helpful in explaining what they saw and what could be done to correct it. Andrew was especially friendly and helpful and was always there whenever I had a question! The office staff was great and very responsive. If I ever have an issue with cleanup or restoration, I will be calling SERVPRO! Thank you guys for everything!

This review is for all of the Servpro employees at our residences. We had a major fire to our residences in Mountain Home Id. Luke from Servpro was out the next day to help with our event, and started the much needed clean up process. Andrew has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the fire rebuild issues. I want to give Nikki and Kailey the upmost respect and dedication. I personally have not seen two women work so hard in my career. I have been in the telephone business for 40 years, so I have been around a lot of construction and disasters. The rest of the crew have had a gracious and kind attitude to our needs. Servpro has their own contractor contacts, and they where there with in two days to start their planning. Our State Farm Insurance recommended Servpro because of their knowledge and speed in these recovery issues.

(I contacted Servpro to handle a minor, but longstanding, mold issue in my attic. Two gentle men came to my home the day after I made initial contact with Servpro, inspected the problem area, promised me a formal bid within 2 days and behaved with courtesy and professionalism. The crew that came 3 days later to handle the problem was equally courteous, professional and quick. They accomplished the needed remediation in 2 hours. I could not have been more pleased.) We suffered extensive water damage to ceilings, fixtures, walls, and floors as a result of an overflowing shower upstairs. Luke and his team showed up promptly and worked quickly to get the situation in hand. Over four weeks of drying, removing damaged drywall, and installing and painting new drywall, they have always been highly professional and extremely personable. Luke was always immediately available to answer any question, and always specifically described beforehand, what needed to be done, and what the cost would be. We were especially impressed with how they contained the construction dust and debris from migrating into the rest of the place. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, would highly recommend them to anyone with the misfortune to need professional mitigation services, and will be glad to be a personal reference.

Servpro did an amazing job on my carpets! They were thorough, they picked up every piece of furniture and even cleaned the carpet in the closets. All the spots were gone and the carpet looked like new! I really couldn’t have asked for better work!

Do not know what their cleaning service is like. I hired them for reconstruction. Lots of promises, no action. My home's repair was needed due to fire damage. They only brought one mason out and in my presence was told the chimmey would have to be torn down to the ground to repair it. I was asked to pick out carpet, and had to get bids on heating systems. In their defence, they did bring one contractor out to repair the trusses that were burnt but never ended up happening. They came out once for three hours. The two people from Pristine had no idea what they were supposed to repair. Servpro was supposed to supervise the repairs but failed to even show up. They cut out approximately 80% of the burned wood and replaced the boards but put them in the wrong spots. The two workers then stood around for two hours doing absolutely nothing waiting for the supervisor. None of the trusses were repaired whatsoever. They then told me their mason was 3 months out and not even guaranteed to work on my chimmey. I located another mason that could work on the chimmey and informed servpro. They refused to even consider working with this mason that I had been talking with my insurance adjuster the day before. I was then told by servpro I was not supposed to talk to my insurance adjuster and get out of the way and only they knew how to talk to my insurance adjuster. I parted company with them the next day. Unfortunately for me I had given them a down payment for the reconstruction. I did get most of it back but was shorted 1200.00 dollars. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not hire for reconstruction.

Luke and his crew did a great job, we had and extensive leak in a downstairs bedroom, which we found on a Saturday. He came over right away, started drying up the area, installed fans, removed some dry wall and floor boards, and started us on our way to recovery. The job became more extensive, he handled everything and even with walls removed and carpet completely torn up. Our room was completely restored in less than 2 weeks, which for the amount that was included was incredibly fast. Thanks for a great and timely job.

We recently had some water damage and mold in our laundry area. I called SERVPRO and other restoration companies in the area and of the companies that actually showed up to give us a bid Luke from SERVPRO was far and away the most professional and thorough in their assessment of the damages. Everyone associated with the company who worked on the project were personable and professional. The mold remediation and reconstruction was done quickly and done right, just like TV ads show. On a walk through of the finished project Luke found a couple of aesthetic issues that were remedied the next day. Hopefully I never have another problem like this, but if I do I will only call SERVPRO.

As he said, the longer the smoke remains in the house, the more difficult it will be to remediate. SERVPRO worked around the clock to restore my grandparents' house. They did a fantastic job. After finding that a broken pipe had been flooding my home for 4 hours, doing damage to 3 floors in my home, I immediately started calling restoration companies on Father's Day weekend. I left messages with 3 different companys' answering services. After 2 hours, and no one returning my calls, I decided to call Servpro. Within 15 minutes of my call Luke called me back and said he would be right over. This young man then spent the next few hours removing the water from the carpets and walls with some very hightech equipment. During this time one of the other companies returned my call and when I explained that I had someone in my home helping me, they asked which company was it. I repsonded "Servpro" and the gentleman said "well then you are in good hands". Even their competitors recognize the high quality of service that Servpro offers their clients! Throughout the cleanup/restoration process, Servpro has been in constant communication with me to let me know who would be coming to my home and what repairs they would be assessing/making. The entire crew is professional and friendly and has treated my home as if it were their own. I have had the unfortunately experienced of a home flood before and the level of service and the quality of work perfomed by Servpro has surpassed my previous experience and expectations. I would (and will) without hestitation recommend Servpro to anyone who needs the competent and trained services of a cleanup and restoration company. These guys are great. We have a brand new home that had water damage from the washer drain hose popping off. It flooded the laundry room, and two adjacent rooms. Andrew was quick to respond after they were contacted by State Farm. They even came at 1 in the morning and made sure the job was done right. Athena, one of the techs was one the ball. She made sure that the job was getting done right and made adjustments to the fans to make sure that we were getting the drying process done quickly and efficiently. She came back a second time on the last day of drying and she had a male tech with her and she worked circles around this guy. If you want the best people on the job make sure that you ask for Andrew and Athena the cleanup specialists.
