Tyler is one of the most uninformed people I have delt with in this industry. Has no idea what he is doing. I have many years of experience in the industry running a company. Tried to teach him some things and he was very argumentative. Very incompetent and has no business being in the industry. I understand not knowing everything, so when someone has a lot to teach you pull your head out and listen.

We had a few small water leaks in our home, as new home owners my wife and I were panicked on what to do. Servpro of Pocatello was quick to respond, very knowlagable and listened to our concerns. Communication was great, the professionalism and quality of their work was noteworthy. I would highly recommend!

Price came in double what they said it was up front. After a minor flood, all they did was cut away some sheetrock, pull up some, but not all, of the carpet, including jaggedly cutting the undamaged carpet section, sprayed bleach and placed some fans, absolutely no restorative work. They charged nearly five grand for this. Secondly, the “work” was sporadic and the people they hire never let the property occupants know when they would return. They then called me and demanded access to the property to get their fans back at a time they knew I was 250 miles away. In regard to billing, they failed to produce timely invoices and then send me to collections for a severely over charged and penalized amount. I’ve since learned their estimate strategy is to give a price, require half up front and then they don’t do all that they overpromise and then want to collect half of the “remaining amount”. Do not use their services under ANY circumstances.

We recently had an upstairs bathroom flood. Within a few hours of finding the damage, Tyler and his crew were here to start getting it fixed. And that’s pretty impressive since he came from an hour and a half away. He came back each day to check on things and gave me regular updates. He did a great job in communicating where we were every step of the way. They were AMAZING to work with!!!! Kind, courteous and professional!!! I highly recommend them!!!!
