My experience has been excellent! their entire staff has been involved in the set-up and design of the kitchen I manage and when I needed things in a pinch, they were there to deliver the products and provide service above and beyond my prior experience with other establishments similar to them.

Jeff was AMAZING!!! I was in charge of a 200+ Plated holiday event and the venue sold. We still had the use of the venue but there was no glassware, table settings, utensils etc. Jeff helped me mix and match pieces so it still looked Black Tie and got them packaged for pick up the same day. Jeff saved the event! A great company!
